This is the absolute worst Nissan dealership on the planet. I have been a traveling nurse for 3 years and always take my car in to be serviced prior to... a move. This time in particular a move from San Diego CA to Virginia Beach VA (for a military move) My service rep Mike was lovely reviewed everything on my car. Had stated it was fine for a cross country move. 1400 miles later and my passenger rear tire had 3 completely severed lug nuts and was riding in 1 and 1/2 of one when I lost control and almost drove off the road going 80 on the 10 East in the middle of Texas at 11pm. The following day I spoke to a gentlemen named Cameron Stewart who was so apologetic and felt awful and had told me to get the car to the a dealership safely and they would take care of everything. Admitting fault and realizing that what I took my care in for was not performed. Michael Hoefler the GM of the dealership calls me after and states he can't find record of me ever being there. Needing to get out of Texas I was able to get to a dealership this morning. Get things safely fixed and was told that the lug nuts that weren't properly tightened had ruined the rim. In the process of trying to get a hold of the mossy dealership in El Cajon I was told that the call reps are working from home and are unable to get in touch with any one. Lastly, and this where where I am so hurt and angered. Michael Hoefler again calls me telling me that They never rotated my tires and that "checking tires isn't part of their routine service" and that they're going to have to "look at cameras to see". When questioned his moral concern and how rude he was to me and curious on how someone is a GM and doesn't even care that this car left HIS lot and almost had a fatality happen he replied saying "I'm just telling you facts". Knowing a thing or two about cars I know then when a tire inspection is performed (as stated in my paperwork from this god awful dealership) I know they have to look at lug nuts and make sure they're tightened to a standard. Not only am I sad angry tired and quite in shock about the whole situation. I hope this review will either make them TRULY check a car and mean it when they say it's all good for a long trip or have no one take their car there cause it is not safe. The manager has now finally reached back out and has stated they’re not going to reimburse for any of my troubles. Really poor costumer service and quite sad as a nurse who helps people that this manager could care less about helping.
Best fast accurate service from Derek. I will be coming back for the new Rogue when it comes out because of him.

I had a very nice experience at the Mossy Nissan El Cajon dealership yesterday. Marcos was the ideal salesman. He was knowledgeable, attentive, but not... pushy. I also appreciate both Vince and Travis working hard to get me the best deal. I am thoroughly pleased. Would buy from here again.

As a 2009 Maxima owner with a platinum package, I was looking for a used 2018-2109 Maxima with a specific interior left with a New 2020 car with better... everything. Staff was super friendly from the moment I got there to the moment I left. They went looking for the vehicle I wanted and went over above and beyond to make me happy. Great atmosphere overall.

Customer Service - Joe Chavez - Very Good Sales Rep. - Gabriel Sales - Very Good Finance Dept. - very poor communicating the signing process. - They... don't know or don't want to share the right information for questions asked regarding APR rates. - please double check all the papers you will be signing. Don't just depend on what they tell you because they won't tell you all the important information you need to know.

Went in and bought a 2019 Nissan Frontier SV 2wd at this location. I already had a loan through my bank but even if I didn't I feel all around the experience... and time I had would have gone just as smoothly as it did when I was there. Derek and Manny were very friendly, proffessional, considerate, straight forward, and helpful during the entire process. If and when I buy another vehicle (which most likely won't happen for a very long time considering what I bought) I will go back to the same spot. Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.
