I had bad credit. Don Joseph was the only one that would finance a car for me. I couldn’t get the vehicle I wanted because the finance co. would only approve... me for a 2009 Mercury Milan. I desperately needed a car so I did buy it. Nine months later it’s rusting out through the top, and I have 4 years to pay for this car. Would never go back! I still don’t understand why I couldn’t get the car I wanted. It would of lasted longer than this piece of junk I’m stuck with.
I can't think of a more knowledgeable staff. The courtesy and efficiency are unmatched in satisfying old and new customers alike on the sales floor and... in the service areas. The quality of time with each customer and the deep knowledge of each style of vehicle that is available is noticeable during each visit. I, as a customer of Don Joseph Toyota can't be more pleased.
The sales consultant I worked with at DJT was Wendy Ferrell and she was completely amazing. I truly hate car dealerships but this was an amazing ... experience for me and I feel blessed for that. Wendy did not heckle me or try to push the deal through to make a quick buck off of me. She was professional and honest. She did not sound desperate like a lot of car sales people do and making the customer feel guilty or ashamed for saying 'I do not like this or that'. It was really great experience. It was a human experience indeed where we talked about our respective families, God, and life. Thanks Wendy for everything. You really are at the top of your game!!!

I love Toyota and don Joseph is a great place. Especially appreciate Jay Lyons excellent work. I would say be wary of getting an Avalon because the windshield... wipers are loud due to an issue Toyota has yet to fix, but the dealership is top tier, and my previous experience was with Volvo/Porsche/Maserati dealership in Cincinnati -- Don Joseph is the best place I've been to.
This was our first time buying a car from Don Joseph Toyota. Our experience started by reaching out to the Internet Sales Manager, who was responsive... and provide the information we needed and was able to answer numerous questions we had. After looking at other dealers and makes, we took a test drive here and decided to buy. They matched the price and terms we wanted. No complaints so far. Would recommend them to family and friends.
