    The sales consultant I worked with at DJT was Wendy Ferrell and she was completely amazing. I truly hate car dealerships but this was an amazing experience for me and I feel blessed for that. Wendy did not heckle me or try to push the deal through to make a quick buck off of me. She was professional and honest. She did not sound desperate like a lot of car sales people do and making the customer feel guilty or ashamed for saying 'I do not like this or that'. It was really great experience. It was a human experience indeed where we talked about our respective families, God, and life. Thanks Wendy for everything. You really are at the top of your game!!!

    I love Toyota and don Joseph is a great place. Especially appreciate Jay Lyons excellent work. I would say be wary of getting an Avalon because the windshield wipers are loud due to an issue Toyota has yet to fix, but the dealership is top tier, and my previous experience was with Volvo/Porsche/Maserati dealership in Cincinnati -- Don Joseph is the best place I've been to.

    This was our first time buying a car from Don Joseph Toyota. Our experience started by reaching out to the Internet Sales Manager, who was responsive and provide the information we needed and was able to answer numerous questions we had. After looking at other dealers and makes, we took a test drive here and decided to buy. They matched the price and terms we wanted. No complaints so far. Would recommend them to family and friends.

    Cars.com made it easy for me to find the car I was looking for at Don Joseph Toyota. From the moment I contacted them via the Internet, Don Joseph Toyota made the whole buying process a pleasant experience. The salesman was friendly, patient and answered all my questions. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision.

    No hard sell. Informative, knowledgeable . Can't haggle much on price, but that's OK by me. Price was competitive compared to other dealers.

    Best buying experience I have ever had! Gary knew exactly what I wanted. With a phone call the day before and he was at the door the next day when I arrived. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would surely send my friends and family there. Also like the service staff for my checkups!

    Had two recalls on my daughter's 2006 Corolla. I was worried because my daughter was only in town for a short time and wasn't sure the time frame would allow services to be completed. When I called, Don was wonderfully helpful and accommodating, assuring me they would do everything to meet our needs. Went into service dept to double check times and Cassie, again was helpful, friendly and reassuring. On the day of service, I was only expecting one recall to get done...but came to find out both recall repairs were completed and way sooner than I had expected. That AND the car was immaculate when we picked it up. This allowed my daughter to get on the read back to school sooner...and my wife to stop worrying about the recalls! I have bought Toyota products in the past, and next time I will be shopping at DJT. You've won a customer(s) for life! Thanks!

    My salesman was flippin awful! Wanted me to buy the car after a 10 minute test drive. We called back a couple of days after we test drove the car to drive a 2016. Told me that it drove the same as a 2015 and asked if we were just fishing. Said he was pretty busy but we went anyway and drove it without him. We did buy the car but not at this dealership.

    I had a poor experience at this car dealer. the person who helped me kept repeating my words as if they did not understand what I was saying, also they kept praising me on every word I say like if I say I checked online they would say "great job you are awesome" or I answered a question about my income and the response was "good for you, you are an accomplished person" the whole conversation was like that it started to be awkward after the third question!! I did my research before going to them and I wanted to see certain cars, I wanted to see what are my options as far leasing or financing, the person who helped me had no specific answers, they filled endless forms, with very specific questions and every time I asked a question they kept stepping to the back to ask whomever in charge if they can do that or not. I will not come back or buy from this dealership and definitely I am taking my business somewhere else. It was a good experience for me in the sense that now if this happens again I would not sit through it. I would just leave.
