    Honestly, I had a one of a kind experience with Bill Kay GMC. In all departments: sales, finance, service, and even management, I felt like they had my best interests in mind. Without a doubt, they did their best to meet them. I originally purchased a new 2014 Terrain. Within 14 days, the engine became defective and needed to be rebuilt/replaced. This obviously created unfortunate stress for my wife and me. Even though the defect was covered under the warranty, I did not feel satisfied with a repaired or replaced engine. Instead, I requested a replacement vehicle. Typically in a situation like this, a dealership would simply tell the customer to work with corporate and file a claim. The resolution would end up defaulting to standard policy and I would be stuck with a repaired engine on a brand new car. In my case, Bill Kay instead took the initiative to create a claim for me and they took charge of the process. I was grateful for that. They stayed in continuous communication with GM corporate until a resolution was determined. It turned out, the resolution of my claim was actually a replacement vehicle (another new Terrain). Bill Kay then worked with me personally to find a suitable replacement. Because of this, I will certainly be a repeat customer. It has been about a month since getting the replacement and it has been a dream car. The Terrain is a smooth, quiet ride, handles like a car, and there is plenty of room. Features like the navigation system and the Bluetooth audio connection to my smartphone are great every time I drive. I couldn’t be happier.

    Tom is the best! He delivered the new vehicle to our house and even took our trade-in back to the dealership which was very convenient. The whole process was very smooth. He did a great job explaining everything and it was a much better experience than the other dealerships we went to.

    Very loyal to their customers, they work to achieve their customers wants and needs, and they continue to work for you even after you drive off their lot in your new car! Ask for Tom K, he is great at his job and works hard to please his potential buyers to ensure they leave satisfied with their car, service, and overall experience , and he is straight forward with what he can and cannot do for you which I love in a salesman!

    From managememt down its obvious the only concern is to move cars. They dont care how they get you to sign. They're not up front with pricing, and i would recomend buying anywhere but here. Ended up with an acadia slt verbally agreed at one price then told by managemnt later its not their concern the price was different on paper work( that was looked over because we verbally agreed to another price). Yes i should have gone over the paperwork better but this should have been fixed by management as soon as it was bought to their attention. I was told i had signed so too bad. Zero customer care! So i recommend this dealer ZERO. Tom keane and Noel Rivera are responsible for not helping me

    We recently bought an Acadia from this location. My husband was at the dealership for 3-4 hours negotiating price, back and forth on the phone with me, when he finally got the salesman, or rip-off artist, down to the monthly payment we were comfortable with. He signed the paperwork and had came home around 930 that night. We received the paperwork in the mail yesterday and the car payment is more than what they agreed upon. My husband went back and looked at his paperwork and sure enough, they snuck that price in there. Yes, my husband should've looked over the paperwork before signing it, but he was exhausted and they agreed on the price they agreed on, so I guess he figured everything would be ok. He called them and they asked him to come in-- just for the shady manager to tell him "oh well the paperwork you signed says this" knowing good and well what they agreed on. My husband asked to speak to someone above him and he said he was supposedly the sales manager. This is a crappy way to do business and is super shady...all just to get a car sale. Bill Kay Buick GMC are a bunch of sheisters and will rip you off. We will never go to any of their locations ever again in the future! They will just tell you what you want to hear, and apparently don't care how their salesmen, especially Tom K., get sales.
