Ever been to a dealership where the second you walk in someone comes to greet you in the showroom? Of course, but how about one where they come to greet you even after you buy a car? How about months later? Every. Single. Time. Managers, sales, mechanics, even the owner will stop as they buzz through to say hi, they’ll stop what they’re doing and come out of an office, they’ll step outside in a 20 degree snowstorm to say goodbye before you leave. “Treat you like family” ... all dealerships say it, this one does it. 3 cars bought, each time I come here it only solidifies this being my go-to dealer.

Great Dealer

Great experience, I was there a total of an hour and out the door! They fixed a minor problem with the truck within the week I bought it. Would recommend they know their process.

Best Dealership out there

I just purchased my 4th car from Joe Cotton on Saturday. I realized that it has been 20 years since I bought my first car there. I was 18 at the time. I'm sure that I'll be buying many more in the future. Tracy has been amazing over the years! His son, Jason, sold me this car. He did a great job! I've never felt the usual car dealership pressure here. It's refreshing.Thank you to everyone involved in getting me in my beautiful ride!

Parts changers

Horrible experience on last purchase. Takes parts changers 4 or 5 times to finally fix my transmission issue but they decided to damage my truck. Scratches on every panel of my truck, they took a chunk out of my door handle , nice dent in bed of truck which screwed up pin stripping, screwed up pin stripe on drivers side and best part didn't put trans shield on correctly after they fixed the trans. Regret for even buying a 2nd truck from this dealer. Service is the biggest joke. Couldn't fix a flat tire without computer telling them tire is flat. Go to drop truck off today to hopefully get things fix and yeah a sedan will not work for a guy who buys a truck. Not missing camping trip since someone thought a sedan was a good idea. So once again trashed truck and wasted time. Moral of this if u want to fight every time to have vehicle serviced, want parts fallen off your vehicles and vehicle trashed go see this dealer. To avoid headaches and taken time off work to deal with issues find another dealer

Joe Cotton Ford - 5 stars!!

I thought looking for 2 new vehicles would be a fun experience and in fact was quite the opposite, we had made visits to several Ford Dealers and ultimately we chose to do business with Joe Cotton because they listened and understood what we wanted and needed at the price point we could afford.
