    We have purchased our last 6 cars from Chris Moldas at Klaben Ford because Chris treats us as real people. He takes the time to listen to what we want and never tries to push us into something else. Chris doesn't "sell" us a car, he addresses our needs and guides us toward a quality investment. When we finish working with Chris, we have a positive feeling about the experience - no buyer's remorse. We tell everyone to go to Chris Moldas! In the finance department, go to Jennifer. She made the process quick and humorous!! As far as servicing our vehicles, we insist on seeing Mona in the service department. She's a no nonsense person who listens to concerns and answers questions about what our cars need. Mona makes sure we are in and out as quickly as possible.

    Ty works professionally with us and makes sure that we have all of our concerns addressed, but also respects our time and ensures that we get through the process as quickly as possible once we have made a decision. We have leased and purchased several cars through Ty (and other good people at Klaben) and will continue to take our business to him/them.

    Just as it was throughout the process of buying my first car, Terry Baughman was a phenomenal person with which to deal. He is incredibly helpful in any way that is required and I could not have asked to be accommodated better. Christine Klaben was also quite forthright when it came to answering any inquiries during the finance process. The dedication to pleasing their customers will certainly ensure that I return when the time comes and will tell anyone I know in the market for a vehicle to visit Klaben Ford Lincoln.

    I went to Klaben to turn my Escape in because my lease is up. It was mixed feeling because I saw many of the employees and I am not sure when I will be able to get another lease or purchase.     Every time I have taken my car to have service performed I have found the staff to be very kind, friendly, and professional. They are always willing to make my wait painless and entertaining. I also enjoy the coffee and drinks and snacks that are supplied in the waiting room. Such an added treat.

    I had the honor to work with Nate Bryant as my sales person. Nate was so informative of items that I really didn't think of asking when purchasing a car. Any question I had Nate had the answer. I didn't feel like I was being rushed to purchase a car. Even though it's a long process just because of all the paperwork the time spent with the customer is what's most important. There was not one time when Nate had to leave me to deal with something else that he informed me he would be back in about so minutes and he was. So when it was time to take car home I had to leave my van there to pick up later that day. I asked Nate if that would be good to leave van where it was parked. Nate said I'll bring your van to me. Kudos to Nate he is a 5 star salesman. DougM

    My family has been a loyal Klaben service customer for years on vehicles we purchased from other dealerships in the area, new and used (Mike and Kim are exceptional!). So we decided to shop Klaben at the beginning of my wife's new car purchase process this time around. Before going on, I have to qualify my comments by saying that product has to be excellent before the dealership can show their stuff, and Lincoln has made it possible to steer away from the BMWs and Lexuses, which we've also owned. There was never any pressure to buy, just courteous follow-up making us not feel forgotten when we weren't ready. The process took us a couple of months to research, do initial reviews of finalists (BMW, Lexus, as well as another Lincoln dealer), and do our own little cost-benefit analysis before we finally settled on the make/model we desired, a 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve. It was clear to my wife and me that the sales group works as a team. Between our visits together and her trips alone, we probably visited Klaben five times! More than one associate participated in the process of hosting us, scheduling test drives, presenting and explaining options, and then putting a comprehensive deal together including a very solid trade-in offer, and getting us through an efficient financing and orientation process (the latter happening same-day we decided to pull the trigger). More than just the four listed below were also involved behind the scenes - kudos! I believe the difference between Klaben and other dealerships is the culture. Every associate I met seemed loyal, hard-working, and truly customer-centric. It's evident they invest heavily in training. That came through in product knowledge (pre- and post-sale) and efficiency (contracts & financing were handled very quickly). I suspect there is very little turnover in the sales, finance and management group - I know that to be the case with the service group. Klaben employees seem to feel trusted and empowered and extend that to the customer experience. There's no doubt the new car purchasing process can seem daunting. I never once felt anyone at Klaben was trying to get advantage over us during the process. As I result, 2 days later we purchased a cream puff used car for me from Klaben! Win-win-win!!! :)
