    Their service department was so great to work with that I decided to buy my next Mopar from Fred Martin. Lonnie was great at helping me find the right truck and was easy to deal with. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

    Outstanding dealership, hands down the best customer service I have received in 20 years. Not only did they provide me with a loaner car equivalent to my own. Beyond that they repaired my vehicle to the point I actually think it works better now than it did when it was new. They cleaned my car inside and out I honestly think they waxed it. It was extremely professional environment the entire time I was there. The communications with their service writer was excellent, down-to-earth, to the point and accurate. Absolutely no issues what so ever. I have purchased two automobiles from this dealer, and I will continue to go to this dealer, because of their professionalism. I recommend this dealer 100%.

    My service writer did a excellent job with informing me about how my car repair was going and when it was going to be more than a day, they offered me a rental vehicle quickly. The dealership valet drivers were excellent. I do have to say, the technology with sending me text updates was awesome. I was very impressed with the service and this was my second time to the dealership

    I was very pleased about how I was treated for this visit. Everyone from the desk to the transportation shuttle, were very friendly and kind. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the work being done to my car was explained to me in a way that I could understand.

    To the Owner---My REPLY! So you mean to tell me that you let a customer purchase a vehicle and take it off the lot without all of the paperwork turned in? Bad business, paperwork that Thereon should have asked for the same day? Ok. And if that was one of your managers, he is a poor one. I never heard Theron ask him for a gas card, your manager should have intervened. I came out there 6 times, count 6. I'm not the one who purchased a vehicle. Thanks for your response. P.S. Maybe you should retrain your employees on the correct way of customer service.

    Yes Lola- It is standard practice for every dealership to deliver a vehicle even if a few minor documents are missing. We aren't going to prevent our customers from leaving in their new car when we need something minor. The items were asked for the same day, but perhaps that was not properly communicated to you by your family since you were not at the initial purchase visit. We take pride in our customer service, but we cannot guarantee everything is properly communicated to those not present during the intial deal. Thanks for your comments.
