Excellent service throughout the entirety of my experience. Alicia and Steve were great working with a 3rd party warranty provider to order/program a duplicate key fob. Communication was clear throughout the process and expectations were delivered upon. I would feel extremely comfortable recommending Plaza to anyone.

Seasonal resident in the villages and was happily surprised by the level of service. My Escalade broke down the evening before. Had it towed to plaza Cadillac and Steve could not have been more helpful. Called me the next morning to confirm the drop off and kept me updated throughout the day. Service was completed late morning with no surprises. Replaced my key fob battery at no charge and even had the vehicle washed. Did not try to sell me something not needed (as opposed to my local dealer). Had the shuttle pick me up Very happy and this being my 3rd Escalade, will definitely purchase my 4th at Plaza.

Service department is friendly and willing to accommodate with loner vehicles when my new XT6 has had a few new car quirks. Thanks guys for the patience!!!
