The experience was fine. I did not purchase the vehicle as we could not come to an agreement on figures but they were pleasant, attentive and not pushy in the least. The sales consultant was very nice - the finance manager I found condescending. In my experience I'd rate them a bit above the average when it comes to the car shopping / buying experience.

I was very pleased with the service this week. My car was picked up on time and returned within four hours. The Service manager Steve who helped me was very courteous and did every thing I requested. Have had 25 Cadillacs and this was one of the best, most convenient service experiences in the last 50 years.

Quick, professional and courteous. Went in for a safety recall and no one tried to upsell us on anything. Also we were able to utilize the free shuttle service to avoid waiting in the lounge. Very satisfied!

Excellent experience at Plaza Cadillac service department. Harry Akarcay is my advisor. He personally installed a new battery in an emergency. I didn't have an appointment but he got my problem solved and quite quickly too. Good friendly people too. I will have all future services completed at Plaza Cadillac.

Anytime I have come in for service your service department people have always been polite and ready to help. Harry runs a great department in fact if he were a salesman I woukd always buy my cars from him. Thank you for having such a great service deotment!
