Clean waiting room, pleasant reception, fast service, they know my car and my driving habits. Anytime I stop in with questions they are respectful and take care of the problem.

Not only that the location is convenient but everyone at Plaza Cadillac are very pleasant and always try to make you feel welcome and most important is how efficient they are.

The service was fantastic...got to say my service rep Steve Wiggins was the best! He should be your service manager!!! He did over and above my expectations!

I have been bringing my car to the dealership for service for the last couple of years. I was very pleased with the service; therefore, when my lease ended and I decided to purchase the car, I came to Plaza even though I had purchased the lease from another dealer. The sales person I dealt with was very good and made sure the transaction went smoothly and I got my best deal.

Steve and Harry were 100% correct about my headlight issue. Very friendly and courteous. I will be back. Ithry will still research werher or not the headlights covered under wsrrsnty.

It was great except for a guy in a red shirt. He scratched a hole in the back of our paint. I stood there beside the building and saw him do it. I was so angry. He was the only person without his hands behind his back. I hate that it happened.

We have been getting our car serviced here for the past four years. Steve in the service dept. is really great. Courtesy and friendly service, even on a busy day, will keep customers coming back.

Very professional with Nathan Craigie who made the experience very pleasing. Tony Pagano was very helpful and made the experience a pleasant one. The finance department process with Mark Allen went very smoothly.
