I ordered a part for my car and was told I would get a call when the part was in. The part came in when promised and I received a call advising me of same. I took my car to Plaza, paid for the part and they had it on my car with in 5 minutes. Great service.

The folks at plaza know they're stuff to make the job go right, they have the ability to fix whats wrong in a timely manner. They have always treated us like we were very important and we have been dealing with them for over twenty years, would not take car anywhere else.

Three visits, complete incompetency, lack of communication, and issues were not resolved. I tried to be patient and give repeating chances for good service. It never happened.

I am really sorry that this all happened the way it did , especially on the communication issue. we worked directly with GM on the repair and we understand that sometimes it does always work the way we would like. let me know if there is anything else we can do.
