    I would like to mention Joey Gio sales person at Joe Rizza Ford North Riverside. We are very happy with Joey services. During our first visit Joey did not try haggle prices he just agreed on the prices we received on email. We have been visited few other dealerships and everywhere even after we received confirmed price on email they try to haggle and keep changing prices. But Joey did not do that at all and stick to what he told us on our first visit. Did not push us to purchase or put any pressure on us. Which was quite a new experience for us from a dealership sales person. In general I do not understand why most of the dealerships relay on old marketing tactics even in today's time when consumer is so much aware and always prepared before even visiting any dealership. To my perspective car manufacturers should provide guidelines and may be marketing pointers to dealerships to leave those old tactics in today's Internet age. Joey Gio in particular is a great example the way he done all the things from start to end. Even after the sale he was responsive on my emails and called me many times to answer my questions. I will going to recommend Joe Rizza and Joey in particular to our friends. Truly a great and honestly unexpected pleasant experience from Joey Gio and Joe Rizza Ford North Riverside.

    I didn't have a long wait and when I said I wanted an oil change and if the computer says I need more to let me know and I did need tire rotation and new air filter. Also when I was leaving we had another down pour and I was walked out to my car with an umbrella.
