Curry Honda Chicopee, MA Service and Sales team are the best! Professional, accommodating, and courteous! I’ve been going to them for decades and they have never disappointed me. My son also bought 2 cars from them and love their sales, service, and auto body shop! Then my mother both a car from them and very pleased as well.

The staff was fantastic and eager to help with every step of the car buying process. Christian was a great salesman, and overall just a great person to be around. He definitely made me feel welcome at the dealership, and was quick to get me in the car that I wanted to buy. Overall my experience at the dealership was very good.

I brought my 2024 Honda Pilot in for three recalls and

I brought my 2024 Honda Pilot in for three recalls and asked the service team to inspect a strange whistling-cricket noise that occurred when lightly pressing the gas pedal at certain speeds. This was a challenging endeavor as it is a very strange and uncommon issue that is challenging to diagnose. The service team communicated with many higher-ups and field techs, and those higher-ups classified this as a normal characteristic. A different dealership went through similar steps, and their higher-ups discovered it was the transmission. It has yet to be replaced, so whether or not that fixes the issue is unknown at the moment. Upon learning this information, I called and spoke to Jason. Jason was very interested in the matter and was open to learning as much as he could about it. He was very understanding and offered me to keep in touch with him as we learn more about the issue. Jason and I were able to establish (what I believe to be) a trusting, working relationship. In addition, Brandon was very communicative along the way and seemed enthusiastic to taking on this challenge. I look forward to any future endeavors I may have with Curry Honda!

Brenna was a joy to work with!

Brenna was a joy to work with! She is very straight to the point, and will ensure you wind up in a vehicle in your range of specs and incomes! She even went the extra mile to give my fiancé options to get him in a new vehicle! Overall every interaction with finance, reception, passing salespeople, and other staff was very professional!
