I brought my 2007 Camry in to Lia as I purchased the

I brought my 2007 Camry in to Lia as I purchased the vehicle there in order to advise me on whether I had safety issues that needed correction/attention. The experienced service advisor Lindsay Heart advised the Used Car Safety Check which did present a major safety problem - Water Pump Leaking. I have scheduled an appointment on 3/26 to have it replaced and want to thank Lindsay Heart for her diligence in advising me to have it done ASAP as I do want to keep my vehicle on the road. Lia also did a4 wheel alignment as well as the oil/etc change. Lindsay also advised me of several future services that my vehicle would require as well as the cost - sevices necessary but not as urgent.

There was a rattling noise under the hood that sounded

There was a rattling noise under the hood that sounded like 2 pieces of loose metal clicking against one another, and it was growing louder. I went to Lia where a service guy quickly signed me in and set me up with another man to more fully explain the problem. The man, Phil Lombardi was extremely friendly and professional. We exchanged mutual car problems in the course of him entering my information. He was very sociable and told me what would be done. They would do a diagnostic to determine the cause of the noise, and he would call meet with me when the inspection was complete. He came to me in about an hour stating he had good news. That was indeed "good news" just hearing that!! He said there was a loose piece of metal over the heater that was hitting against it causing the noise. They secured all parts involved and the cost was included with the cost of the diagnostic, so I only had to pay the one fee. That's TWO pieces of good news: it was a fairly simple fix, and it didn't cost a bundle!!

Caroline, Lia Toyota, Service Manager, was respectful,

Caroline, Lia Toyota, Service Manager, was respectful, kind, transparent about my service options. I look forward to talking with her about my new car in the future! Alex Garcia, my Sales Consultant at Lia Toyota, Northampton, MA., was very polite, kind, respectful, and he did not try to force me to buy a more expensive car. He listened to what I wanted in a new car, that I did not want expensive “bells and whistles,” and that we care about climate change, and we wanted a hybrid. Alex did not interrupt me, he also gave me my personal space to talk privately with my husband. I hate having to buy a new car, usually the experience is high pressure, and extremely stressful. With Alex Garcia, the entire experience was like talking with a friend who truly cares. Alex will go far, he is a rising star! I knew it the minute I met him! Jason, the Financial Loan person at Lia Toyota, was kind, respectful, polite, he explained our options, and did what we asked for financing, and he did not pressure us when we said no about some options. He was gracious, bright, and worked long into the night with us to get our paperwork done. What a truly wonderful human being Jason is!! Thank you for staying so late to close our car purchase! All three of these Lia Toyota staff people were 10 Star car dealership people!

Paul Figueriedo was our salesman.

Paul Figueriedo was our salesman. He was very friendly and listen to my needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wanted to buy a Toyota. While my vehicle was being appraised he passed the time with us discussing various topics. Very interesting. He is very knowledgeable.
