    I stopped by Lia Toyota of Northampton to buy a car. Jerzy Bielski from sales was highly knowledgeable and walked me through every detail of the car. The... managers made the process super easy and the finance department was incredibly helpful! I absolutely recommend this dealer if you are shopping for a car.

    Needed an emergency service visit on a cold morning. I have used Lia Toyota for routine maintenance for 10 years and I bought my 2nd Prius from Lia 4... years ago but this was an unplanned visit Lindsay Heart was great about working me in and arranging what I needed.

    Cameron Green was incredibly helpful and informative. This is the first car I’ve ever bought and so I am unfamiliar with services that it needs and timing... of them. Cameron explained everything to me perfectly. I had a great visit and my car is running great.

    After many years of owning a Subaru, I was looking to make a change to a Toyota.     Lindsay Heart was my repair agent. I was parked in Springfield and listened to the car radio with the engine off for about 15 minutes. The battery went... dead and we had to get AAA to jump start the car. I came to Lia to have battery checked, and in the process I signed a sheet that I did not read. They determined that the battery was fine and they presented me with a bill for $135-. I protested this and Lindsay was able to wipe out this charge by negociated with the Lia manager. I am loyal to Lia Toyota.

    I brought my wife’s Corolla in for a factory airbag recall. After scheduling the service appointment, I arrived ahead of time only to find out the required... part(s) had not arrived. The service advisor, Brianna Cole, told me I was not on the schedule. I waited almost three hours to speak to the service manager who had scheduled the service appointment and never did get to see her. Brianna did an awesome job trying to resolve the situation. I applaud her efforts. After some hesitation about arranging a loaner vehicle, I decided to leave with my car and reschedule the appointment. Danielle Berry handled the next appointment courteously and professionally and I had my car back in two hours instead of the expected four; a much more positive and acceptable experience. Once the initial scheduling and part(s) availability issue was overcome, I was quite pleased with the service that was performed. Since the timeliness of this initial service delay, did however, greatly influence the personal safety I and my wife felt operating the car, I honestly must reconsider whether I would return for repairs in the future. Thank you for your consideration.
