Fast, friendly and efficient

David Spafford was helpful, friendly, funny and overall great to work with. Service was faster than expected which was a bonus despite being a very busy Saturday. Facilities are always clean as well. Will definitely continue to bring my car here for service.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2021 Rav 4 from Lia Toyota of Northampton. Our sales rep. Jerzy Bielski was a pleasure to work with. Jerzy made the whole process smooth and painless. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while explaining both the technology and the mechanics of the vehicle. It was our first new car in many years. Service department was great! David Spafford, my service...

Service department was great! David Spafford, my service advisor, was straight forward and talk to me, not at me or down to me in language that clearly makes me understand what is happening to my truck. He is always on top of things and keeps me informed of what is happening with any repairs that I may bring it in for.

Heart-felt thanks.

Lindsay Heart is courteous, charming, and a delight to do business with. She expedited my check-in and check-out, answered my questions and got me settled while my RAV-4 was being serviced. But what I liked best about her was her sense of humor. I hope she's my service advisor next time too.

I have been going to Lia Toyota for service of my Corolla...

I have been going to Lia Toyota for service of my Corolla for years and Lindsey Heart is hands down the best. She is very knowledgeable about service repairs and I have learned to trust what she says. She is helpful and a joy to talk with.

Help was on its way at Lia

I was to be in town after a medical visit. I called only the day before and was graciously accommodated by Lydia Heart. My go to person whenever I need work by Lia. I had important appointments and knew I could not get back before closing time. Lydia set itup so my car would be parked outside after hours Waiting for me. She made my repairs possible. Bev Park

Great Service Advisor!!

I've had a few good service advisors but David Spafford at Lia Toyota was the best. He was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about cars. He took time to really listen to my concerns and address them. He kept me up-to-date about costs and stages of repair. The repairs were completed--in a timely manner. Also getting an actual service appointment went much more smoothly than other times. Happy that that issue seems to have been addressed.

I showed up 4 different times before a salesman had time...

I showed up 4 different times before a salesman had time to approach me. If they didn't have the exact car that I wanted, I would not have chosen this dealer. The restroom floors were just mopped and there were no caution cones or any warning. I slipped hurting my knee. I have called the manager twice so far and have not had a callback. I would not recomend them to my friends or family
