Worst nissan dealership in Illinois(oaklawn)

Please don't buy used car from here KELLY NISSAN OAKLAWN..it's really bad.....don't waste your time and money for used car here....they have sold me cars with safety issues,used car manager needs training on customer service. If some one has issues on car you have just sold just admit it. Andy is great sales person and service staff is 5* Because of used car manager we have to rate 1* AND NO MORE FOR OTHER CARS FROM KELLY NISSAN OAKLAWN IL

Car purchase

I’ve purchase Honda’s for the past 35 years but once I drive the redesigned Rogue, I made the switch to Nissan. Our salesman Laird and the entire Nissan team made this the easiest buying experience I have every had.

Kelly Nissan

We needed a new car and we came to the office of Kelly nissan, right in the parking lot, an employee approached us and it was Andy. He told us everything about the car we liked, conducted a test drive, answered all our questions, helped us make a deal, we were very lucky that Andy worked with us, thank him for that. Also, thanks to General manager Ben, who offered us the best conditions for buying a car. We were very satisfied with the service of the guys.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SALES SERVICE

Took my daughter on a Saturday to look for an affordable used car, and stopped at this dealership. As we started walking in the outside lot, a salesman joined us and we asked if they had any used Nissan Rogues. He told us that a Rogue just came in, however it had not been inspected nor was it ready to sell. We saw the car and became quite interested in getting it. We then went inside to discuss the car, exchanged information, got a Carfax report, and our intent to buy it, contingent on the inspection. I then asked for a ballpark figure. The salesman spoke with the manager, was given a figure, then we exchanged more information, went home waiting for the results of the inspection so we could come back to discuss buying the car. We were told to expect a call by the following Tuesday or Wednesday. After not hearing anything by Thursday, I called and was told, oops, another salesman bought the car for his wife, that's why I didn't call you back. I was so mad I called back to speak to a manager, and explained what happened. He offered to look into it, and immediately called me back with a slightly different story. He said that after we were there, another customer came in and offered to buy the car without an inspection and it's their job to make sales. Then pretty much said that since we didn't leave a deposit to lock a hold on the car, it was able to be sold. I was furious. At no time was it suggested to leave any deposit, or we would have. I felt we had a good faith deal with wanting to buy the car, and since it was not officially ready to sell, that our conversation and the forms we filled out was enough to show intent. I then asked even if we did leave a deposit and that customer came in and offered to pay more, would we still have been kicked to curb? He just called this a unique situation that shouldn't have happened. Either situation was wrong, we were the first to ask about the car. Whether a salesman decided to buy it, or another customer, we had a good faith deal. I call this shoddy sales.

Very friendly staff in sales and service!

Had my car in for regular maintenance, while I was in the showroom a salesman, who knew I wasn't looking to buy anything as I was curious just to see and sit in the 2019 Maxima. He was more than happy to show me the 2018 and 2019 next to each other and what improvements they have made. The staff was friendly and I appreciated the fact that I was able just to finally look and sit in the newer model Maxima.

Wow what a great place!

Better than I expected! Couldn't believe how nice they are at this dealership. Shopped Orland(Ziegler) and caught them lying to my wife. Not good for them. KELLY NISSAN HIGHLY RECOMENDED!
