The sales man, was very professional. All in uniform and all was very impressed. He did a great job making the experience pleasant. Just could not make a deal I could afford.

Slimeball tactics. Bait and switch, actual price of vehicle 6k over what the sticker says...these guys are clowns. There service department has several police reports files for stealing parts off of people's jeeps and replacing them with broken garbage then challenges you to take them to court. Sleazy, greedy and unprofessional.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. The service department is the worst I have ever been to. You will get your vehicle back worse than when you brought it and they will not help you.

I purchased a Durango this week from Betera. Carlos was my salesperson and was awesome! Very easy to work with and did not pressure me into anything. I am looking to purchase another vehicle ironically and will definitely use Carlos again.
