Quick and Efficient service
I brought my car in for an oil change as I had in the past few years, only had to wait an a little less than an hour. The prices are reasonable for maintenance as well.

Twice since purchasing y vehicle, I have had it serviced at Balise, Hall of Fame Ave., Springfield, Ma.; the first time being to have my oil changed, tires rotated which was free ad greatly appreciated. The second time was to get a sticker. I wish dealership would provide free car wash when having vehicle in for service/repair.

used 2018 chevy equinox had problems
Got used 2018 chevy equinox had problems with check engine light after they quote on quote fixed it... still having problems and then brake calipers fell off and there saying it my problem this place is a joke and treat there customers like xxxx and don't stand behind there product..DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Had a 10am appointment. Waited for to have 4 new tires out on for 6 1/2 hours and they still had not been done. Didn't start to work on car until 2pm. Was given a rental car to go home at 4:30 as I wasn't going to wait any longer. Did not get car until the net morning.

6 hours ago Worst experience, if you get a call from Mike or an internet sales manager Matt. Hang up, total bait and switch. Wasted an entire day after a completely transparent phone call about what I was looking for only to have the deal increased by thousands of dollars once I was in the show room. Stay away from Mike and Matt. I’m sure I won’t hear from a manager there about this. They only seem to respond to the good reviews of people who weren’t burned by this dealership
