When I returned to Flynn’s with a problem—only a couple of weeks after purchasing a 2016 certified Audi—they couldn’t find the issue. The sales department... made me feel like I was imagining it. I brought it to an outside mechanic who immediately ID’d the problem. He said that Flynn’s Service Dept keeps him in business!

Good to have a facility like this in Pittsfield. Customer Service is outstanding and the staff know what they are talking about. I have visited them... three times and I have been very happy with the orders and repairs. They replaced a recall item and called me after they washed and vacuumed my car. Mitchell and the staff on the floor are true professionals.
Overall I was very happy with this dealer experience. They were more than happy to help me with anything I wanted and they were very prompt with calling... me with the additional information I needed the following business day. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They always offered coffee, water, etc. They were also very accommodating with the details of the sale and doing all they could to work around my schedule. Lastly, they respected my decisions to go with a basic model and did not continue to try and push me to add on "extras" that I didn't want.

Damaged my car on 2 separate occasions. First they stripped the oil filter threads changing oil and then said it was the factory dealers fault in Mangattan.... Next visit they left my car outside and it sustained body damage, either from their maxhanics or a customer. Did marginal job repairing body work, but only after I caked 5 times and finally got owner involved. Showed no remorse damage. Would go elsewhere.
I want to mention my salesman, Brian Smith, because he was the perfect BMW genius in my estimation! The car buying experience is always stressful and even... in phone conversations before I went in he put me completely at ease with his calm and professional manner. Brian was able to answer all questions to my satisfaction and went out of his way to explain in layman's terms features and benefits to this "non car/computer person". He was very patient with my neophyte grasp of the bells and whistles on this BMW 3 series, and showed me how these new features work very thoroughly. Kindest of all was Brian coming to my house to hook up my garage door opener, another cool feature. This is my fifth car from Flynn's and will certainly not be my last. I purchased a bmw x1 from out of state and Brian Smith was the epitome of professionalism, answering questions by email promptly and offering to make a... video so that I could get confirmation of the overall car condition. I ended buying the car over the phone and picking it up a couple of days later: Brian / Flynn BMW took care of everything: registration, license plates, financing, etc. The car condition is as promised and drives great. Would recommend to anyone shopping for a new or used BMW.
Worked to get me in quickly for a repair as I was in the area from out of town. Were more knowledgeable than my local dealer on 2017 arrivals.

I recently purchased a 2016 Golf GTI from Flynn's Volkswagen. This buy cycle was the best experience to date, mainly due to the professionalism of Internet... Coordinator, Anthony Carestia. Anthony was helpful, but not pushy and I genuinely felt he had my best interests at heart. I handled the entire buy process with Anthony through email, which was an enormous time saver. My only visit to the dealership was to sign the contract and then a few days later to pick up my Golf.
