Simple fact that Matthew Krappe is there present makes me feel very comfortable with all the services needed. Matt, the moment I see you behind the desk I know I'm in extra good hands.     I have had my eyes on Mini's for years now and over the past few months really began looking into where I could find one that I wanted, if they were really the right fit for me and if a Mini was really going to be in the right price range for my family. I looked at many different dealerships and had actually stayed away from the Boston location because it was a bit more inconvenient for me to get to from where I lived. But when searching online, Herb Chambers of Boston was where I found the most available car's to go look at, so I made an appointment and headed into town. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had in a dealership and it was more because of my dealings with David Lopez than it was the car itself. Don't get me wrong I LOVE the car I purchased (a 2014 certified, pre-owned Countryman AWD), but it was truly working with David that made the experience so much better. As soon as I met David he made me feel comfortable. He was not pushy at all and he really wanted to listen to me and understand what I was looking for. He gave extra attention to not only helping me find a car that I liked, but also one fit with my families needs and in our price range. David made sure to stay right on top of the details whether it was the insurance, registration or financing... He made sure to get back to me all the way through the process and even contacted me to update me during his off time. Due to some holiday delays at the registry, the pick up date for my new ride was going to be delayed; and to put the icing on the cake, David went out of his way to make sue that did not happen. He got all of the paperwork done in time and even took extra time out of his day and brought me the new car himself at my office. He went over every detail of the car in the parking lot of my workplace and made sure that I was happy and ready to drive home with a smile. Then he had to suffer through the traffic back into Boston, while driving my beat up, old Suburu with 150K miles. I love the car I bought and working with David made the process of buying a car as easy, stress free and clean as possible. Thanks so much David and you and the Mini brand will certainly be a recommended to others.

    I initially found the car I was interested and contacted the dealership via cars.com. I was contacted by Meghan Zani. We corresponded over email for a few days before I went to the dealership to actually test drive the car. Once there I started working the Andrei Kunevsky. Andrei was great about explaining all steps of the process when it comes to Herb Chambers and used cars. He also took the time to listen to everything I said and worked with me when he could. I haven't bought many cars, but this was one of the better experiences I've had. Both Meghan and Andrei were great to work with and if we are in the market again I would absolutely go back to them.

    After endless searches for ideas on what new car to buy I decided I MUST have another mini cooper. I needed to replace my beloved yet persnickety 2006 mini cooper S however I dreaded the process. After much procrastination I finally took a day to visit Herb Chambers Mini of Boston. That's when I met Sara Espinal and she put all my fears to rest. Her energy and enthusiasm was contagious ! She was friendly, efficient and competent and she walked me through the lease process like a pro. Then I met the "genius" Ingrid and my day was complete. They work well together and make a great tag team =-) I had my new cooper S in one weeks time and I am in love! Sara ardently explained all the awesome features. She followed up with a phone call within a day and offered to help in the future if I had any questions or concerns. The car buying process I so dreaded could not have been any more pleasurable or successful thanks to Sara and Ingrid!!

    I researched SUVs on a number of websites, including this one, and decided on a Mercedes GLK 350 given the price, options, color, etc. Fortunately, I was able to narrow my options to a few 2015 models, all of which, aside from the one at Herb Chambers (HC) BMW, were within 100 miles of my home. In spite of the 250 mile distance to HC, I sent a request via a cars.com or related website to HC, and was soon contacted via email with specifications on the automobile via an on-line folio. Everything I needed was available online - pictures, specifications, mileage, carfax, and 'internet pricing'. This made researching the car easier, and my confidence in the buying process higher. The initial positive impression derived from this was one of many factors including pricing, service and efficiency, that led me to my purchase and why I would recommend Andrei K. HC for those in search of their next automobile. Buying a car is a time-consuming and often arduous process. However, upon calling the dealer to receive a few additional details not available in their online folio, and to negotiate pricing before making the 3-4 hour trek to Boston, I was told that the price for the vehicle was HC's 'online' price, and there was no haggling. Although it was not the absolute lowest price in the market, it was the lowest price among known dealerships given the options on the car and the fact that it was a 'one-owner' car and not purchased through an auction. While many buyers may find the 'no-haggle' pricing uncomfortable, it made my decision easier. I had done hours of research, and knew that their internet pricing was competitive. Additionally, Andrei, my sales representative, approached the sales processes in a cordial and efficient fashion. His emails were thorough and timely, and his speech articulate and readily comprehensible. With all the initial indicators positive, the following weekend I was off to Boston, check in hand. Upon my arrival to HC, I found that the subject car was reserved for me with a sold sticker in the windshield already. Because of the pricing, I was free to judge the car based on its merits, and not on any ding that I could use to haggle. In fact, because I had traveled so far, Andrei, my sales representative, had already made the commitment to me to have the car shipped to my home, once it was titled and the license secured, should I make the purchase. After thoroughly inspecting the car, chatting with the sales reps who were in the dealership when the original owner brought the car for a trade in, and driving the vehicle, it was an easy decision to spend the money. The remainder of the process was done as efficiently as HC could make it. Andrei received some assistance from Moustafa on the finance side, but otherwise arranged for all the next steps. Since I was an out-of-state resident, and because MA does not permit transit or temporary tags, I could not turn in my rental car, and drive my newly acquired car home. However, Andrei and Moustafa handled all aspects of the licensing and delivery, right down to giving me the pre-paid UPS envelope to send back a notarized document for the state DMV. A week later, my car was off-loaded from a flat-bed truck at my home and I have been quite please with the vehicle, its condition and driving. I was nervous and apprehensive about purchasing such an expensive vehicle, in spite of my research and extensive knowledge of automobiles. Nonetheless, Andrei and his team at HC made the process as pleasant and efficient as possible. I would recommend, without hesitation, HC for those seeking to purchase their next vehicle, whether new or used.
