I had a great experience. It was very professional. My salesman JEFF Allen was very attentive to my needs. He was able to answer all my questions.

Terrible Customer Service

I called to schedule my car for service. An employee gave me a specific time. I arrived at the dealership and they informed me they could not keep my scheduled appointment. Rescheduled my appointment for my car to be detailed the next Saturday morning. They would not give me a time frame and claimed that today they did not have valet. They expected me to wait 8 hours at the dealership. They were very unpleasant and staff not properly trained. They are inconsiderate of their customers. General manager never on site and never responded to my complaint. They never even serviced my car.

The process of buying a car is exhausting but I was able to find the perfect car with a great price. The help was exceptional and I didn't feel any pressure.

Hyundai Lease

It was a good experience. Set everything up through email before every visiting dealer. Once I arrived everything was as described in email with no surprises.

Again, Stan Otoo-Genesis was the best . The most professional, and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Stan and Herb Chambers auburn to everyone looking for a new car . we could not of had a better experience.

Excellent Experience

After visiting several other Hyundai dealerships in the area and spending far more time than I would have liked to listening to canned sale pitches and banter, it was very refreshing to go into Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn and be able to purchase a car and make a deal that I was happy with in about an hour. The sales man and manager were both professional, direct, and to the point. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

The best!

Our Salesman, Stan Otoo-Genesis, was the best car salesman, in all these years of buying vehicles, that my husband and I have ever encountered. He provided everything we asked for including the best purchase deal possible. He was very knowledgeable about the cars' features and explained everything to us thoroughly, demonstrated extra effort to help us maintain our intended budget, and clearly provided the terms of the transaction. Stan was friendly and someone I felt I could trust. I have already recommended him to several of my friends and I know that if I have any problems or questions, I can just call him for assistance or information. Way to go Hyundai - totally great experience from the salesman to the cars (the Tuscon and the Sonata) was wonderful!

Great purchase

Paul did a good job of answering all our questions and did a very good job getting the deal done. He was very helpful the day we picked up our new vehicle and made sure we had a good understanding of the functions of the Tucson. We would be happy to work with Paul again for a future purchase.
