    Chito Vongchampa is an amazing Salesperson to work with. Highly professional, courteous, knowledgable and respectful. Very sincere and completely valued my time and patience. He found the exact car I was looking for with the right features- Audi 2018 Q5! He also helped me pick the best color - NAVARA BLUE! I'd been to several dealerships but he offered me an amazing price upfront itself that beat most of the dealerships as he found me to be a genuine buyer. We made the deal in less than 25 minutes and the whole car buying experience was wonderful and phenomenal. I would highly recommend buying an Audi through him and from this dealership.

    My wife and I recently visited Audi of Shrewsbury and were lucky enough to be introduced to Angel Cruz upon our arrival. Unlike many in the automotive business, Angel attentively listened to our specific interests first, and then proceeded to ask us insightful questions to fill in the parts that we'd left out. In addition to being polite, professional and a pleasure to work with over the several days that it took to execute our new Audi purchase, Angel was always prompt and thorough in his responses to our requests for any needed information, and made a point of keeping things simple and straightforward for us throughout the process. In the future, I will be specifically recommending Angel to friends, family and colleagues alike. Thank you, Angel!

    Awful customer service! I purchased 2 cars from this dealership in 2014, a brand new Q5 and CPO A4. I was invited to test drive the new 2018 Q5 and consider trading in my Q5. They called and even scheduled an appointment. When I walked into the dealership it was a very cold welcome. Nobody even smiled at the front desk! The sales rep at the front desk had no knowledge of my appointment. He was very snooty from the time I walked in! I lost all interest in the new car after I talked to this guy! What a change since 2014. I had previously interacted with Fabio in 2014 who was outstanding! But the guy no longer works there. The manager did not seem to care when I asked for him. Not even a smile! If this is how they want to treat returning customers I refuse to do any more business here!! Sorry, but it was an awful experience!!!

    From the moment I emailed to enquire about the vehicle to taking possession of it I had probably the most positive Used or New car buying experience I have ever had. I showed up an hour before closing. At the dealership I was greeted by a personable young lady. They had fresh coffee, soda and snacks available. The sales floor was clean and bright. My salesman brought the car around and we took a leisurely test drive. Not once did I feel rushed. Back at the dealership he provided me the Carfax and we went over the cars features. Again very relaxed. We met with his Manager to discuss price. I had done my homework and knew what the car was worth to me. The negotiation process was friendly and professional and the final price was right in line with what I was willing to pay. The business office had already closed by the time we were done so I came back the next morning. The business manager was professional and we zipped through all the paperwork and I was out in under an hour. The car was fully detailed with a full tank of gas. Honestly this was more like buying a car from a friend, very UNLIKE any other car purchase I have ever made. I would like to thank Pierce and San for such a positive experience.

    I brought my daughters 2009 A3 into Shrewsbury Audi to have a "fuel too lean" check engine code diagnosed. I was happy with the diagnosis, but the estimate for the repair was WAY over priced. The N80 (emissions purge value) needed to be replace. They quoted me $400 for the repair. The part is about $120, so that leave $280 in labor, or 2 hours of labor. I declined to have them do it. I'm pretty handy, so I did in myself in less than an hour! I'm not a professional mechanic.. Just a guy with simple tools.. Geez guys.. Where did that estimate come from??!!!??? The car also has an oil leak, so they cleaned off the oil and drove and let it run to try to see where the oil is coming from. The car has about 90k miles on it. They told me it was the oil pan and charged me $280. A bit high, but understandable.. They gave me an estimate of $620 to replace the oil pan.. Again, way over the time it will actually take.. There are 20 screws that are easily accessible, it will take me about an 90 mins to do myself. The cost of the oil pan is $180, plus a few bucks for the sealer.. You do that math... I do have to say, the parts department is the best anywhere... Extremely helpful!

    I have had about 4 interactions with the people at this place. One was fantastic, the sales rep (FABIO!) was very laid back and there was ZERO pressure. He was fun and let me drive some cars on my own but didn't make a big deal when I needed to leave, which was great and made me comfortable enough to come back. Really cool dude. But the other times I went the other salesmen were very weird. I tried negotiating on 2 separate occasions for a very fair price, this was within 3 years from each other and the second time was recently, and both times we couldn't come up with a deal. Both times they told me they don't negotiate at all. The first time, they called me several times after the fact to tell me the car had a lower price if I was still interested. Nope, too late! The second car was lowered in price several times, very close to my initial asking price. Not interested anymore, and it's too bad because my dad was looking for a car as well but he is looking elsewhere now. Plus, very inaccurate listings for months at a time. There is what, maybe 100 cars on the website at a time? It's not difficult to keep track of these things. One salesman even told me they certified the car even though it was dirty under the hood and inside the car, and had dings and scratches everywhere. Please, you didn't even look at the car yet, why lie about it? My parents even went here ready to buy another car and they were ignored. They bought a new model at a different place the same day. I would go back to Fabio specifically because he seemed genuine, very nice and normal, but otherwise I wouldn't bother with this place if I had to deal with anyone else.The service is nice though, professional and honest.
