I bought a mercedes 1 month ago, and I still haven't picked up the car. they take a long time and sometimes they don't even respond to messages and calls. my mother already bought a car in another dealership and they took only 3 days to deliver the car. I had the worst experience buying the car from them.I have never seen a dealership take longer than 1 month to deliver the car. the salesman who sold me the car was Diogo Camilo.

My salesman Joel Liriano was awesome as was the Jeep I bought. I'm not very happy with Automax. I spent $34500 on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and they only put 1/8th of a tank of gas in the Jeep. Every other time I've bought a vehicle new or used it always came with a full tank of gas.

What a amazing and seamless experience. I purchase a car every two years and I have never had such a great experience. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. I had a slight issue and it was addressed immediately.
