I had overall positive experience. It went quickly and fairly simply. I think I would have liked a bit more input when I made my final choice between two cars. But leaving it entirely up to me isn’t a fault. I did say I want to put $2000 down and he only brought back a chart up to $1500 to look at payments. They are probably used to low down payments. The finance employee was nice and helpful but I felt pressured about warranty and GAP coverage. Last time i bought here I wasn’t offered either and I wonder why that was.

Overall, my experience was a good one. Was able to shop around and make an educated decision. A little annoying that they do not work with DCU, and I had to change my financing plans. But they accommodated where they could.

Fernando Lopez at the Attleboro location was awesome! Helped me get the best car for my daughter and was so nice! I would recommend him for your car buying.
