I recently purchased a 2008 Tundra from the Used Car Annex and was surprised at how low pressure the process was at this dealership. I initially called and spoke with Ray Firth regarding a few different cars in the inventory. We set up an appointment and Ray had all the three vehicles ready and waiting to be viewed. I did not test drive at that time, but came back at a later date. Again, Ray had the vehicles of my choosing ready and waiting for inspection and a test drive. After I made my decision between two different Tundras, it was a smooth purchase procedure. Ray also followed up after the sale to insure my happiness with purchase.

I chose to visit this dealer because they had several Toyota Tacoma's in my price range. I contacted the dealer through Cars.com before visiting and was able to get a lot of information on the truck I was interested in. When I arrived the person I was emailing with was at their other location but came down just to shake my hand. I decided to purchase the truck and they had it delivered to my local town hall within two business days and I had it on the road with plates. The truck I bought was originally purchased and serviced at Acton Toyota and had full service records which was a big plus when deciding on a used truck.

Dealership provides quality repairs but not in a timely manner. For example, THEY estimated my oil change to take 1-1.5 hours. It actually took 3 hours and I had to inquire about the status to get it done in 3 hours. Another example is that I needed a bushing replaced in the rear seat hinge due to a service advisory. THEY estimated 30 minutes to 1 hour. Again, I waited 3 hours. If you can commit half a day for basic car maintenance, this won't be an issue. They are a high volume dealer with computerized scheduling and documentation. They should be able to access their own data to provide customers with reasonable estimates.
