    I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my first Volkswagen at Minuteman. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helped me stay within the budget I needed. I would highly recommend Minuteman to anyone looking to purchase a car, whether you are a new buyer or experienced, they are sure to help you find exactly what you're looking for at a great value.

    We recently purchased a 2013 Volkswagon Golf, Drivers Edition. The car was in "mint condition" and the entire staff was friendly and honest with us. We've now purchased three cars from Minuteman and each experience was "top notch" from the moment we walked into the dealership. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous and they have a few comical folks who livened up our experience. We leave Minuteman with a smile on our face and we travel over 65 miles to go to purchase our family vehicles. Minuteman staff members, Jamie Benti and Eric Kaminski are now considered friends and we think very highly of their integrity and honesty...great place to conduct business!

    I went into minuteman VW this week to have my 30k service done. After talking with Toby while waiting for service we ended up leasing our third VW. Toby and Jamie made everything easy and gave us a ridiculous deal no other VW could match. I highly recommend both these guys and the dealership!!! Not to mention the service department is head and shoulders above the rest!!!

    The most awful customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership!!! Particularly from the actual manager, Jamie. He gave me false information and neither him or sales consultant, Toby, could answer their phone or return a call from several voicemails left! I am a Vermont resident and so communication would have been key in making this sale. They clearly do not care about their customers and have extremely poor customer service skills. I am always an extremely flexible customer and have never written a bad review. As a current owner of a TDI, you would think as a loyal customer I would not be treated this way. I will NOT be buying another Volkswagen.

    Hello Stephanie, Thank you for your feedback, as we certainly appreciate all comments & suggestions to improve in any areas that we can. I wasn't sure what false information you were referring to in your posting. You had left a message on 12/1/2016 and the sales person you were speaking with, Toby, was off on that day, so he wasn't able to return your call yesterday. You said that you understood that when we spoke briefly today, so I am not sure why that was mentioned in your posting knowing this. You hadn't left me personally any messages, you didn't even know my name until today when you were transferred to me requesting to speak to a manager. On the last day of the month 11/30/2016 is when our sales person (Toby) had called your spouse, Josh, and offered him the additional $500 additional savings if you could just leave a deposit to secure the vehicle as we had to report the car for the close of the month of November. Josh had informed Toby he would have to check with you and see about getting the deposit. I was here until 10PM and no one called us back. The one other time we spoke was on 11/30/2016, earlier that same day, and you had requested that we deliver the car to your doorstep in Huntington, VT and bring all paperwork with us to sign at that time. I informed you politely that we would not be able to do this. That you would have to come in, do the paperwork, and we could then have the car delivered for you afterwards, as a courtesy, so you wouldn't have to drive all the way back here again to pick it up after it was registered. I had asked for a deposit at that time, to secure the vehicle, and you said that you did not feel comfortable doing that. I am sorry that you called the day after wishing to then make that deal and to proceed and that we were not available to speak to you as we were both off. I did have the Operations Manager contact you within 15 minutes after we spoke today to see if there was anything else that we could possibly do to accommodate you. I understand that you might be disappointed we were unable to do exactly what you requested, but we did our best to accommodate you on 11/30/2016 by offering you the additional $500 savings to your potential deal that was already $1,500 better than your local dealer had offered (what you told Toby), and then to delivery the vehicle to your home after the paperwork was completed at no additional charge to you.     We were browsing this dealership looking to buy a new or used VW Tiguan and after 20mins of walking around no one came to talk to us so we went inside and saw a lady at her desk and asked where are all the sale guys? She replied with "we're all here" with an attitude and from there I already knew this was not going to be a good choice coming here. So we asked her about the Tiguan that we interested in and she took us to go see the car and I asked her how much was this Tiguan and she replied with "shouldn't you know the price since you saw it online?" I actually didn't browse their website online and there was no price on the window. So we still kept positive and ignore her ignorance and still proceed to check the car out and my sister made a comment about the inside of the Tiguan that it was pretty compacted and she did not mean it in a bad way and then this lady replied with a rude remark saying" Do you have $55,000? Then you can buy something that's bigger. We actually still kept our cool and went inside to check the price out for the 2013 Tiguan Se we looked at and it was roughly close $24,000 with 12,xxx miles and that was way too much for an older model. We showed her a 2016 Tiguan Se with 3,000 miles from VW Gallery of Norwood,MA and it was $3000 cheaper. She replied back with "well it's a no brainer what do you me want to do? She apparently did not want to sell us a vehicle. I don't want to assume anything but I think it was because we looked really young and she probably thought that we was going to waste her time. Many would think that we are 21 or younger but we are actually in our late 20's. So after all this we went to VW Gallery in Norwood,MA the same day and had the best sales rep Tony sell us a 2016 VW Tiguan. If only she took 10 minute of her time to get to know us Minuteman VW would of had a good day.

    Don't make a deal with these people ever! They will use petty sales techniques, cheap tricks, and false promises to get you where they want and get to your pocket. I had a really good deal with Mazda, so I sent a respectful email to Minuteman VW saying that I was not going to go with their offer and I was going with a competitor. They reacted with a new offer and convinced me to cancel the other deal I had, which I was not very comfortable with. As soon as I did that and sent them the documents, they had second thoughts on the price, and changed the model of the car we agreed upon, and made it sound like I did not understand them correctly, when I have clear emails for their offer!!!

    Don't make a deal with these people ever! They will use petty sales techniques, cheap tricks, and false promises to get you where they want and get to your pocket.     This is by far the best experience I had with a dealership. Usually in my previous experiences in other places they want to set the deal without caring and taking the time to walk you through different options and if you show a sign that you are not sure if you are ready to set the deal ; they don't take the time any more to guide. In minuteman VW in Bedford, the experience was so different ; I wasn't initially sure of the car make I want to lease , so I went to different places. The sales man Tim Bishop was extremely friendly showing me all models , when I got to the test drive , he was eager to explain to me all the car options and Made sure I am comfortable before the ride. He didn't push to get the sale done. He instead did his best to understand what I need and like in my new car. Once I made up my mind finally about the car I like; Moe the finance manager was as friendly and professional as Tim. He showed me all my options and worked with me to get me the best deal and the best monthly rate that I needed. Everything went so easy and smooth and I went out of the dealership driving my new car. If you want to deal with friendly - yet professional group of people who actually care about giving you the best deal and experience. You should definitely get your next car there.
