    You can rely on Anthony Motto. He provides exceptional customer service, and he continues to give you his time and attention long after the sale of a car. I highly recommend Village Subaru, all the people we interacted with and especially our sales person Anthony. Working with Anthony was like have a best friend helping you to get the best deal possible on a car. Before working with Anthony I shopped around and no other sales person came close to the quality of customer service Anthony offers. I'm extremely happy! Thanks Anthony!

    Anthony was great to work with. He did exactly as he said he would, which in customer service, is not always common. I really appreciate how he kept me updated as we progressed. Overall it was a great experience. Chris in finance was a pleasure to work with as well!

    This is my 2nd review of the Village Subaru Service department. These guys are still doing a great job. I had them put on new tires the other day and was told by the service tech that they usually do an alignment when they put on new tires. I also was concerned that the brakes may be waring down. I told them that I was more concerned about the brakes, but if I need the alignment its ok to do both. I left and came back a half hour later and they were ready. Expecting the worst I looked at the bill. $88? I said I must be dreaming somebody pinch me. I said with a smile looks like the alignment and the brakes were ok? I was ready for a puzzled look and a, "whoops we forgot to check". But; without even taking a breath, he said nope the brakes are fine, you probably have another 10k on them and the tires were worn perfectly even no need for an alignment. I got up off the floor and said "you guys are amazing, I cant brag enough about you ". To top it off I always get a call for the service mgr (its recorded, but we can cut em some slack on that, after all who else even cares?), and am reminded that my satisfaction is important to them,and to call if there are any questions. Keep up the good work guys, there are some service places you can trust. Correction there is a service place you can trust.

    This is my 2nd review of the Village Subaru Service department. These guys are still doing a great job.     Traded in a 2001 Outback for a 2005 Forester with a grand off. Paid $5,500.00 too much in October 2016. Didn't drive far, didn't do much in it. After 30 days, the lemon law expired and I learned how the, car needed $4800.00 worth of work on it. Got $500.00 trade-in at a better Subaru dealer in February 2017. Will never trust Village Subaru again.

    I bought my first Subaru Forrester at Village and I was very impressed with them. I walked in cold and luckily i met a very honest and straight shooter by the name of Lincoln. Yes, that's his name. He's a salesman with fantastic knowledge about Subarus. He helped me decide on the Forrester and I am so happy I did. I have had several. People tell me how good it is in the snow and how much I will love. I would highly recommend Lincoln, especially if you are not sure what car you want. He knows everything about them. I love my car and happy with the deal we made. One trip to the manager and I had the price I wanted. No playing games. I don't do that. I will walk before I do that back and forth game. Lincoln did not do that. Good luck and I hope this review helped.

    First off they never called or emailed me back after I emailed them, I went in to the dealership and they sales people looked at me then walked away never to be seen again... I stood in the middle of their driveway for 5 mins straight just to see if I could get someones attention no one came out, so I went inside the one person inside said I'm with a customer very rudely and walked away from me.

    I recently purchased a WRX Sti from Village Subaru in Acton and had a great experience. My sales person was Anthony Motta. I was interested in several vehicles and stopped by Village Subaru to test drive the Sti. Didn???t plan on buying it that day, but they made an offer I could not refuse, both for my trade and for the Sti. Very straightforward process. No pressure, great price up front, I was in and out in <1h including the test drive. In addition, Chris, the finance manager was very pleasant, got me a great interest rate on financing, and also did not try to sell a million options. Very happy I found Village Subaru and I highly recommend them.

    Bought the 2014 Forester new here. Been to the service dept 3 times. Once for the initial inspection (they wouldn't stay open a few minutes late to do it the evening I picked the car up. The 2nd time was for the 3750 mile oil change. That was fine. But the playback portion of the USB connection didn't work, and they just looked at me blankly and argued that the aux port did, and the USB charging did, so everything was ok (which it wasn't). The 3rd time was because the rear lift gate had stopped working. It was just beeping 3 times. They reset it, sort of. The button next to the steering wheel works now, but the button on the gate, and the key fob still don't. So, unless it's warranty work, find a good local mechanic that takes some pride in their work.
