Jason was great! He was really helpful during the sales process and in the delivery of my car. He went over everything with me and then was more than... happy to go over a lot of it again after I had the car a few days and had questions.
I purchased a 2011 pre-owned SUV and had an excellent experience with BDC Jason Glover, Sales rep Yan Gorokhovskiy and Business Finance Manager Shane Tate.... I had gone to so many other dealerships that didn’t understand what I was trying to do, and Shane and Yan made the process very simple. I almost didn’t go through with the deal because of my own misunderstanding over paperwork, and Yan reached out to me and had me come in person to talk about what I was confused about. Shane went over information that other dealerships did not, and explaining the extended warranty in detail as well as different types of protection, and also helped clear up confusion that I had regarding paperwork. Other dealers may do the same thing, but Shane was more detailed that most Finance Managers. Jason, the Business Development Manager [BDC], was very helpful by phone and even before the dealership opened on Saturday [5/27/2017] called me before the dealership opened to talk about any questions that I may have had. He even offered the dealership to pick up customers when the car had the inspection sticker. Yan is very friendly, funny, energetic, and outgoing. I enjoyed his humor and he explained as much information about the car that he could and spent an additional 20 minutes helping me figure out the back row of the car, which I appreciated. He offered a choice of driving 15-minutes, whatever comfort level that I had as the driver, which was wonderful. I highly recommend this dealer.
This is our 2nd Purchase from Southborough Volvo It wasn't a hard sell. No smarmy behavior:) I felt like I was dealing with honest folks!
This is my third Volvo bought at this dealership in 11 years. And they all still run fine. The staff is very friendly and professional. No hard sale either.... The new owner is doing a good job.
Our salesperson, Jeff Lowre made the entire transaction go very smoothly. Things were done on time, any questions were fully answered, registration, sales... tax were all rolled into the transaction so I just wrote one check and everything was taken care of. Josh Conly was also involved in the transaction and provided any further explanation I needed. In fact, the Volvo I traded in I had originally purchased from Josh. Jeff also made himself available if I have any questions in the future. In fact I met with him again today with a number of questions and he was very helpful. During the entire transaction and subsequent meeting I never felt rushed or that I was taking up to much of his time. He made my wife and I feel like we were his only customer and he was willing to spend as much time with us as needed.
From the moment we walked in, to the moment we drove out with out Volvo, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Ben greeted us at the door, escorted... us to his desk and answered our many questions. We took a test drive and again, patiently addressed our questions. The negotiating process was very quick and efficient, and the day we picked up our Volvo, Ben took his time explaining all the electronic/computerized features included in the car. He was patient, kind and made me feel as though I had all the time in the world for my questions!
Excellent sales and service department. Just bought another new Volvo XC60. We have purchased 7 Volvos from Volvo of Southboro over the last several years... including a few for our kids. The sales department works with you to find the best vehicle and financing option to fit your needs. The service department is excellent. They are efficient and provide top of the line service.
