Woburn Toyota continues to be our (The Ketcios Family) top choice for buying and leasing a new Toyota vehicle. I can't speak highly enough about their exceptional customer service. Our salesperson, Alex Chuprakov, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He made the entire negotiating process smooth and ensured we were fully satisfied by the end. Next, we met Finance Manager Hank Ung, who greeted us warmly and was incredibly organized. By the time we finished with Alex, all the paperwork was ready for us to sign. Hank quickly congratulated us, went over some important details, and we were done in just minutes.

I had service on January 6th for my 2021 RAV4.
I had service on January 6th for my 2021 RAV4. I had an issue with my drivers side seat and I had a recall fo airbags. The recall was brought to me by my service advisor Fabricio Fernandes. He kept me informed with the process as it moved along. When I arrived to pick it up it was not ready. He had a loaner car ready and assisted me with transferring anything I needed out of my car. He truly understands the word customer service. I could see he cars because I saw him with other customers and doing the same thing. He is an “A” player on your team.

On 1/8/2025, Matt Arsenault of Woburn Toyota service helped me get the CARPLAY working on my new 2025Toyota RAV 4. For 2-months I have been trying to get it to work correctly even though it worked on my 2022 Rav 4 using the same phone. I even researched social media for tips on it, but it was Matt who got it working. He explained everything & helped me step through the display on the car and my iPhone. Great service thanks to Matt.

Had to bring my car in for a recall.
Had to bring my car in for a recall. Toyota recall webpage said free loaners were offered for the inconvenience. Richard W initially denied this as it was only a “toyota opinion” and “not a dealer policy”. I asked to speak with manager and he directed me to his office with the expectation for me to just walk over there myself. I thought it was the norm for the manager to be called over or at least lead your customer over to the manager office. The manager’s assistant [?] was able to confer with him and the free rental was confirmed. Next day (wouldn’t you know it) a charge shows up on my credit card statement from WT. the recall was supposed to be free, the rental should have been free, what could it be then? I called back twice only to be transferred twice to a voice mail box. Third time they put me in touch with Rich W. with my fingers crossed that he wouldn’t realize our past stalemate, i found his demeanor to be abrasive. however he was about to look up who billed the charge. i was then transferred to that individual’s number only to end up at another voicemail. It has been a week since the service and i have not been called back. additionally i will be heading back to get my car rechecked. my next use of my car following my service resulted in several failed starts. Edit: lowering my rating from two to one star. i’ve read a couple other reviews stating how Sadik sales rep used their phone to post fake five star reviews. after seeing those, i started noticing more questionable “sadik is awesome” and “sadik was professional” one sentence reviews. also seems to be a good amount for Maged. Beware potential customers of letting sales reps borrow your phones

I live in the Chicago area and I placed a deposit on a used 2017 F150 on Saturday 12/21/24 with a salesman DJ Abba. I gave my credit card information to secure the truck at approxumately 11am. I was told by salesman DJ Abba that his manager Kusch would be contacting me and let me know what else I needed. I was planning on flying out to Boston on 1/4/25. I never heardback from the manager, left a voicemail that was never returned on 12/21. I had check flights to Boston on 12/21, and they were 99 bucks. I sent an email to Kusch. Well Sunday they were closed, Monday I called but didnt get through to anyone, no email response. I checked flights and saw they were now $123. I purchased a ticket for 1/4/25. I sent an email to Kusch and several managers at the dealership and finally got a call back on tuesday 12/24 from a Sergio, I missed the call and left him back a message. I checked my credit card wasnt charged for deposit. On 12/26 Sergio proceeded to inform me that the truck I had secured had been sold on Saturday night. Now I asked if someone is going to reimburse me for the non refundable plane ticket and I was told he would call me back. Never heard back. I would suggest not doing business with this dealership. They do not honor their deals, nor do they make things right with customers.

I had emailed 4 of your managers, 1 called and I spoke to him a Sergio. I told him I wanted like to be reimbursed for the nonrefundable flight. He told me he would call back in 5 minutes after speaking with his boss. It's going on 9 days now with no return call. The poor communication continues.
