    Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. That's what I left with. No pressure or sales pitch for services that weren't necessary. Had the synthetic high mileage oil change done. Woburn's price beats the private service station prices any day of the week.

    I bought a used 2015 Toyota Rav4 limited with 35k miles on Saturday 2/26/17. Then on 3/20/17 my car was making a squealing noise while the car was in motion. Since I was not sure or able to get a firm answer from Sean Delande in sales, or anyone I talked with at the Woburn dealership on coverage's. I was forced to review my Toyota Certified Platinum Services Agreement and (TCUV) Toyota Certified Used Vehicle policy with the Toyota claims department at 1-800-228-8559. According to their records, since I purchased the "Platinum Warranty" I was covered to have my car serviced at any Toyota Dealership and they would waived the $50.00 per repair visit. Do not go to Woburn Toyota, or buy anything from them, you will be left holding the phone with no answer, after you purchase the vehicle. I did not get the follow up needed and was told if needed anything else, all I had to do was contact them. Elton R. Cutler Provincetown, MA

    I am a college student here in the area. My parents came from Ohio to help me buy my first car, and after our experience at Woburn Toyota, my family is going to be making the trip from Ohio to purchase all of our future cars! Our sales representative, Ernest Memminger, was patient and friendly, and he worked with us throughout the whole process. He was knowledgable and helped us find the right fit. I chose a 2017 Toyota Corolla SE, and I am very confident in my purchase. The service at Woburn Toyota was great throughout all stages of the buying process. Any dealership that can secure long-term customers from 600+ miles away must be doing something right!

    Once again I received great service from Woburn Toyota. I went in there without an appointment for what I thought might be an emergency problem. They took me right away, and took great care of me. It was fast and painless. Mike G. was my service person and he was great.

    I went in to buy a sequoia and worked with Lurgy Ramos. She was great! I was in and out in 2 hours with exactly what I wanted. I was at 5 other dealerships and she was by far the most honest and friendly of them all. I got the best deal and would highly recommend her and this dealership.

    I came to Woburn Toyota interested in a specific car which I ended up buying. I bought a beautiful (at first sight) Mazda 3i Sport. It had some minor scrapes which I overlooked based on the price. At my first car wash I was able to swipe touch up paint off the car and onto my fingers. The salesmen took advantage of my being young and tried to swindle me. To begin, the first man who I test drove with spoke more about the new Toyota he was trying to put me in than the car we were sitting in. The second salesman who apparently sold me the car I was able to get in touch with once after calling the finance manager and letting him know I was getting no response on the day I was supposed to pick up my car. Thirdly the finance manager was trying to tell me why I shouldn't pay my car off ASAP as I had told him I would. (He wanted to profit off of me in interest) The second finance manager told me how much my credit would be helped while the first finance man pouted in the corner. I am furious about the completely dinged up end of my car and the scrapes/dents throughout (which look nothing like the minor imperfections that were put on display for me when I was presented the car.) I would rate this dealership zero stars if possible.

    I first shopped with Toyota two years ago for my first car. Now with my lease being up, I decided to look there again. The service was great, and the price was reasonable. They worked with me to make sure I got the most reasonable option but with the features I wanted. They did not try to get me to buy features that were not necessary which I appreciated. My one complaint is that they are under construction so finding parking and the building they moved to was kind of challenging. I wish there were people directing cars and better signage. However, considering the construction they still made sure the facilities were nice and comfortable which I appreciated.
