    The reviews are accurate. As a first time car buyer, my husband, a car nerd, did the leg work to help find my "perfect" Jeep Wrangler Sport. He researched local car dealerships and found an excellent rating with 495 Jeep and decided we would go there last to actually buy a vehicle. We were NOT disappointed. We used cars.com to check out the local inventory and vehicle features and came in hand with a print out of the vehicle we were interested in in stock at 495 Jeep. Josue Berberena greeted us and it was all up hill from there. Josue got us a better deal than the sticker price and our Tread Lightly membership and we received a better APR rate than the lowest rate offered by our bank. We were not hassled in anyway or pushed to add any additional features or services. The dealership even prepped and got the vehicle ready for us before we took it off the lot. Our experience was excellent from our first walk through the door to picking up the vehicle the next day. It is difficult to impress both me and my husband--especially through customer service--but we both highly recommend 495 Jeep and especially Josue.

    Billy was awesome from the time we came into the dealership to the time we left he is verry helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to get you in a new car you are happy with. Would recommend Billy k to anyone who wants a easy going no pressure experience buying a car!

    I recently leased my first car with the help of James. He was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy at all, and allowed my dad and I to test drive three different cars on our own. I will definitely be going back to 495 and back to James when my lease is up and I'm ready for my next car!

    We visited 5 dealerships before going into 495 Dodge. I wish we only went to them. We enjoyed a perfect experience in what can be the most difficult decision. The business of car dealers can be cut throat, but Phil showed us that it doesn't have to be that way. They were up front, honest and willing to help all the way. I would recommend anyone looking to buy to at least stop in and talk to Phil. Best buying of a new car ever.

    Had a great experience buying my new 2017 Dodge Durango GT with help of Eddie Cruz one of the sales associates. He was very helpful in every way, very polite and friendly. Went out of his way showing me every detail and was very knowledgeable about the cars and all the bells and whistles. Dealership was very nice & clean, every staff memeber was very professional and even met the owner who made sure i got the best deal. Everything was as advertised online and had the best priced vehicles then anyone !!!!!!!

    I started trying out different Jeep dealers closer to my house. The dealer I usually go to (Clark ) is very good...but equally very busy. I figured a good test would be a simple oil change. That way I can get a feel for the service department. So, a month ago I stopped by for a last minute oil change later in the day. I did not get that " we are happy to help you" feeling. I got, what I perceived as the " are you really giving me this oil change at the end of the day?!" feeling. Attitude aside, they were surprisingly quick with job and had me out the door within a half hour or so. The price was slightly higher than I was used to from the other dealer, but I wasn't going to argue over a couple of bucks. As I'm driving home...I'm smelling burning oil. I checked for a leak and found nothing. I can only assume they spilled some oil on the exhaust and never cleaned it up. Fast forward a month (yesterday). I left work to go home and pulled into a gas station to tank up. As I was driving around the lot to get to the pump I could smell oil but didn't really think anything of it. After I tanked up, I noticed a huge trail oil that led directly under my truck! I have a Hemi Jeep...so it's not real easy to see anything past that huge engine cover. I called a tow truck thinking something very bad just happened. 495 told me they were open until 7pm. The tow truck showed up in their parking lot a few minutes before 7pm. The service department was dark and locked up. I wound up leaving the keys in the drop box. I promptly get a call at 8am this morning , telling me they have the keys and will diagnose the problem and get back to me at some point. 10am..I receive a call telling me I am all set. The cause of my leak was a " cracked oil filter". First of all..let me say this. I used to be a mechanic many years ago. The odds of an oil filter "cracking" without any outside damage Is very slim. The more likely cause would be that the gasket from the old filter was stuck to the block and they installed the new filter over that gasket. Without any proof or anyone to talk to...that can only be speculation and not fact. I even discussed this with a friend that works at a different dealer and he agreed. Regardless, I went to pick up my Jeep about 2 hours ago. After finding someone to help me...I was directed to a very uninterested cashier who had me standing in front of her for what seemed like an eternity before she even acknowledged me. After which I start to ask her questions about the repair and she apparently had no information to add past what was on the repair order. No apology for the inconvenience...no personal interaction with the service writer...nothing. I am pretty much disgusted at this point and get in my Jeep and leave. As I was driving home...I could smell burnt oil again. Once again, I check and no leaks...but I did see residual oil that should have been wiped down. I can only assume that smell will be there for another week or so. Lastly...I had just finished detailing my truck a day before all this happened. Needless to say it was spotless when they got it. Unfortunately, I did not get it back spotless. I had nice greasy hand prints on my freshly detailed light gray door skin and handle. Needless to say... I won't be coming back.

    We had such a great experience with our first purchase, I went back for a second. A very good dealership. Chris Williams is a great sales person. Honest and very easy to deal with. These guys offer great vehicles, and put together very fair deals. I can also tell you that post sales service is very good from prior experience. 495 will be my first stop for our next vehicle purchase.

    I recently leased my first new car and had a great experience working with the guys at 495. James Smith was friendly and was able to meet all my requirements for the vehicle that I wanted. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to deliver and now I am happily driving a new trail rated 2016 Jeep Renegade.

    Dealership offered a terrible sales experience that was essentially bait and switch and service after purchase has been a disaster. I feel my time is not valued, respect is not given and quality is not a priority. Same mistakes are repeated again and again with no accountability. Front line guys are nice but management does not make customer experience a priority. A really terrible experience for me and I suggest you take business elsewhere.
