I have a great experience at Honda North.

I have a great experience at Honda North. Tyler is my point person. I feel so comfortable with him. I trust him. And I like everyone, in service, but I know Tyler best. He is professional, knows what he is doing, keeps in touch while I’m waiting. I have also had great experiences with other service people. They are all helpful, kind polite. But I know Tyler best. The place is clean. There is a food stand, coffee and water. A man from Honda came around asking everyone if they would like a bottle of water. Even the customers are nice, when you are waiting. The bottom line is, I trust Honda North. If they Tyler tells me or anyone, if Tyler is not in, that something has to be fixed, I trust that it does. Thank you, Honda North.

No complaints.

No complaints. The service department has been a pleasure to do business with. I've had a couple of my Hondas with damage caused by mice and the efforts to repair the damage has been exceptional... keep up the good work!

Friendly staff, polite, professional, bught so far 3 cars from them. For me no need to shop around if you want a Honda go there. Higly recomend them. Service is easy breezy. Stephen Messner my best car salesmen to go to.

This is my third Honda from this dealership.

This is my third Honda from this dealership. Eduard was my salesman and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is patient and kind but more importantly very professional. He will happily spend time making sure you get the car best suited for you and spend just as much time explaining the bells and whistles of each option. Express lane is great!

Express lane is great! Phillip was helpful and honest. We discussed what needed to be done and did it. My car even got washed and vacuumed.
