    The sales lady was very nice and great to deal with. However, when the sales manager came to talk prices, he was very rude. I felt pressured and he also made me feel dumb. He kept saying "What do you not get?" when he was talking about payments. I thought the price was fair but I walked away due to the attitude of the sales manager. Go to a different dealership if you want to be treated better. Never coming to IRA again.

    I went into Ira yesterday knowing which car I wanted to buy and was greeted by Melvin. Melvin was super helpful and let me take the new Camry XSE out for a test drive. At the desk, it took no time at all for us to come up with a price that I could work with and I felt it was a fair price. Melvin was great and the whole process was quick and smooth. The finance manager told me about the extended warranty that was available for purchase but he did not pressure me at all when I told him that I was not interested. They are doing all the leg-work at the RMV and I will be picking up my new car tomorrow. I would recommend IRA Toyota to anybody and also I would tell them to go ask for Melvin.

    The background makes this situation worse. I am a legacy client of IRA brands. I purchased a new Audi suv thru them and my immediate family has done extensive buying at IRA Lexus. I saw an ad for an suv as soon as it was posted and was at the dealer the next morning at 9am. The sales rep didn't even know his dealership had it until I told him advising I was at the wrong location. Then he told me it wasn't even in their possession at all. It was a trade in that was still in the owners possession. He told me to try two days later for delivery. More than a full business week later and another rep called me and said they chose to send it to auction because extensive maintenance was needed in it. After this call, I received an email and then another call asking if I was coming to test drive the suv, which I had a deposit on. The caller told me she'd resolve the confusion and call me back. She never did. I sent an email to her and never heard back. The entire process was dubious, deceptive and extremely unprofessional. A massive letdown for a legacy client or even a first time client. It's highly unlikely I will ever do business with them again. The sales room seemed to be clean and quiet. The first rep although incompetent, was kind and otherwise helpful offering his contact info and providing his work schedule for direct contact.

    Great overall experience with Serge - very conscientious, not at all pushy and very helpful in thinking through the right vehicle for me. I was interested in a pre-owned Subaru. I saw it on cars.com and called to schedule a test drive. However when I arrived, it turned out that the call center (that's in another state) had been mistaken and the Subaru wasn't quite ready yet. Unfortunate - but not the salespeople's mistake. Everyone was so apologetic - they knocked 500 off the price right away and bought me a tank of gas for my trouble. They then held the car with no deposit and updated me daily via text on its progress (just basic inspection and cleaning.) I would highly recommend going back and working with him!

    I am on my third Toyota from IRA, and have been happy with the work they have done. Sadly, there prices are starting to get out of sight. All the work on my car was done by one mechanic, and it was done well, so no complaint their. Total time was about three hours. Just a small example from my last repair job, two light bulbs to be replaced. One bulb was a REAR TAIL LIGHT, price $1.07, second bulb was a TAG LIGHT price $6.36. Those prices are reasonable, but the labor cost was $23.00 per light, for a total of $46.00 to replace two light bulbs. In a three hour period, my labor costs where, $ 815.80. I will go back for major repairs, but small things never again. And I will be looking more closely to my bills.

    I purchased a pre-owned 2012 Toyota Camry from IRA. When I have tried to schedule an appointment for the outstanding recalls (one including an passenger airbag defect) I have gotten the following responses from Kim and others over the past month. "Let me check to see if the parts are available and call you back to schedule" - no return call. Called twice more to schedule over the past 3 weeks and after taking my information they put me on hold indefinitely. I purchased this car from IRA due to their close proximity to our home but find it very frustrating that they are unwilling to take the care in for recalls. Yesterday I received a special bulletin of extended warranty for this model due to excessive oil consumption and the letter referred to prior letters not received requiring the care be determined to have this defect buy Oct 2015. Possibly this is why they don't want to see the car? We continually give IRA the benefit of the doubt and they continually prove us wrong in how they manage sales and service. I'm mystified what IRA's sales and service model is given our experience with them.

    Gregg, I understand your frustration with the recall process, but the dealership has nothing to do with whether or not the parts are available for those recalls. Manufacturers typically announce the recalls long before the parts become available to actually perform the repairs and in some cases before the fix for the problem has even been determined. I'm not sure why you would think we don't want to see your vehicle? We service more than 5,000 vehicles per month and we would be happy to service your vehicle.     Made the mistake of agreeing with insurance company to have body work done here. Brought it in on November 6, 2015 and on December first was emailed that it may be ready tomorrow afternoon. Seems they had to wait for a radiator hose coming from California? You would think a Toyota dealership would have a radiator hose in stock. The people seem nice but I feel like I'm getting the runaround. Thanks for letting me vent.

    I knew that I wanted a Toyota, which is the reason why I went to this dealership. I really love my car, but I wish I bought it somewhere else. Once the sale was made, the salesman was fairly unresponsive to my requests. He did not respond to my emails or calls asking him to communicate information to my lender and insurance company. The worst part of our service was from the finance department. Jesus Rodriguez was threatening and very nasty to me when he learned that I did not want to finance through IRA and that I was not interested in their warranties. He refused to explain the paperwork that he wanted me to sign, and he also attempted to stare me down and belittle me. Please get a Toyota, just save yourself the stress and don't go to IRA in Danvers. Buying a new car should be fun and exciting, instead they really ruined my experience.
