Buying a new RAV4

maintenance service

Brought 2014 venza for maint. Mechanic noted both rear axle bearing were in need of replacement , i was aware of problem but was holding off due to unexpected expense. Service advisor Denise found work was covered under Pre -Owned Certified Toyota by reviewing terms.. She proactively setup a car rental and repair was completed in a timely manner..

Bill the service adviser was fantastic, helpful, was in touch via phone to keep me updated, made the whole experience terrific. Also the fact that I dont have to walk a huge distance to get to the rental car dept was a very pleasant surprise. If you go for service ask for Bill!!
