My husband and I have been very pleased with this dealership, specifically, Sales Representative, Anil Bezawada. We have worked with Anil for the past 6 years who has made a usually stressful process seamless. Anil knows my preferences in a vehicle and doesn't hesitate to reach out whenever there's a special sales event. During our latest visit, Anil referred us to Finance Manager. Sam Dawoud who is equally wonderful to work with. Servicing a vehicle here is also an easy process.

I would like to thank Fadia Chamoun for all her hard work and expert customer service. My husband and I went into Lexus if Sheron on New Years Day just to look…. Fadia had exactly what we wanted on sight by the next day. We went back to the dealer, wondering what we were getting in to, because the deal she brokered seemed to good to be true. Well, to our surprised it was everything we wanted . Closed the deal and picked up our new Lexus the next day. From our first visit til today at delivery everything was wonderful! I can not say enough good things about this team. Thank you Fadia, Jerry and Andrew. What a great experience!

I was a bit taken aback by the lack of courtesy and
I was a bit taken aback by the lack of courtesy and customer service with one of the greeters at the front desk. I test drove a car the previous day and returned the following day with my husband so he could look at the car. I informed the greeter I worked with James (fabulous) and that he was expecting us. We waited about 10-15 minutes, which I thought was so unusual, as there were no updates when we would be helped, James just walked by and was surprised to see us waiting. It was obvious he was never notified. I could somewhat understand if the showroom was overwhelmed with guests, however, that was not the case. After meeting with both the Finance and General Manager it gets to be a bit overwhelming.

I purchased a car from Dave Trolio around October.
I purchased a car from Dave Trolio around October. Everything went pretty good throughout the sale. I was looking around the spare tire compartment and noticed something missing. I emailed Dave to inquire if it was something I needed, no response. I emailed him a second time, no response. I emailed a manager and was handed over to someone else. I contacted her no response. I can’t figure out why I was ignored by 3 people. I contacted another dealer and got my answer immediately. I still can’t understand why they chose to ignore me but I won’t forget either. By the way it was a tow bar that I don’t need.

I was indecisive about which trim I wanted, but Chris was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I ended up buying the Lexus RX 350h. He made the test drive very comfortable and was attentive, truly listening to my thoughts and needs. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. He was very knowledgeable about the Lexus RX 350h and explained everything thoroughly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I couldn’t have asked for better support during my first car purchase.
