    Our salesperson, Steven Nedanovski was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, great follow-up. We give Steven the top rating possible and recommend you to ask for Steven when you go to the dealership. We were sent across the street to the Nissan body shop. This was not a good experience at all. We had to wait way too long to talk with the finance person. The finance person was great but the wait horrible. We did buy the undercoat package and setting up that appointment with the body shop was a very unsatisfactory experience. They need to improve this part of the process. Steven does his excellent part and then the body shop messes up the experience.

    I tried for nearly 2 weeks to get information and pricing on a no-trade deal. I never did get any answer to my questions. I either got completely ignored or passed off to someone else who completely ignored me. Even my email to the GM went unanswered.

    We were driving from far away to purchase a vehicle at Nissan. I wanted to be assured everything was correct and I had all the facts before I drove a long way to purchase the vehicle. I was paranoid of bait and switch tactics. I called Melissa with my questions and she double checked and verified everything in detail with precision. No sales pitch - just straight accurate answers. My time is valuable and I appreciate Melissa's accuracy and efficiency.

    I emailed the dealer thru cars.Com and received a reply from a woman claiming to be a sales person i listed the car i wanted and if they had it and the interest rate i wished to get. Se replied back yes the car i wanted was on the lot and said great she will see me here. I was excited then her manager even emailed me hope to see you soon. Awsome i get in my car and drive an hour to get there. Next i got thier the sales person who emailed me doesnt work there at all and neither does the manager they are just schedulers. The car they stated was there turned into we cant find it on the lot, then it became a demo car that a sales person drove home then it wasnt available. Then they said it would take 2 weeks to order it. They quoted me a similar car but the rate no where close to what i wanted and raised the price of the car because of special financing. Then they found a cheaper car which at this point i was already mad that they didnt have the car i wanted. I explained i will just go to a different dealer that can provide me with what i need or working with me. Rather than being understanding the sales person started telling me how nissan is better then any car. I simply replied this is why nossans sales have declined 3%. I also replied to the manager that emailed me ans rather then apologizing and admitting they just gave garbage repkies... Glad to say bought a new car with a different dealer that was honest and willing to help and it wasn't a nissan and will never be after this experiance.

    Went to many other dealerships and ended up at liberty kia with my salesman Brandon, he was honest and worked with me on the price of my new kia. I also wanted to add the experience got better when I met Sean Mitchell the general manager who really made me feel better about my purchase, he was very helpful with explaining everything and such a nice guy. I would recommend everyone to come here and buy your next car. I did and love it.

    I called on a brand new 2016 Nissan Sentra because I wanted to buy it today, but since I work a lot and never have time, I told a salesman named Giovanni, that I would need to discuss numbers over the phone. He immediately said with an angry tone that he cant do that because managers will never give him numbers unless I am physically at the dealership. I let him know that I purchase/lease cars every 6-12 months just for myself, he started raising his voice with anger and talking over me anytime i tried to ask or say anything. In the meantime Giovanni pulled up my profile and said that another sales consultant gave me numbers couple months ago and that "did not go anywhere, and it ended up being unsuccessful". After that he said "we will not sell you a car over the phone" and he literally HUNG UP! I could not believe the way this made me feel. I am so angry and feel like I was not worth anything to them. After shouting at me about how they wont help me, he hung up at the end. I really hope that no one will be unfortunate enough to ever come across Giovanni, the weakest and so rude of a person. I cant believe people like that keep their jobs in any industry involving human conversation. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT even call this place. They do not take pride in customer service, and will make you feel like you arent worth a penny.

    I called on a brand new 2016 Nissan Sentra because I wanted to buy it today, but since I work a lot and never have time, I told a salesman named Giovanni, that I would need to discuss numbers over the phone.
