    We just purchased a 2010 Forester from Clay Subaru and were very impressed with the service we received. We found the listing on-line and were a bit hesitant to buy a used car from a dealership 2 hours away. Thankfully we had a very professional and knowledgeable salesman, Joe Rizzo. His attention to the one repair that was needed and any other concerns we had about the car, has made us feel very confident that choosing Clay Subaru was just right for us.

    I purchased a 2013 subarau crosstrek last year with 28,000 miles, the car and my service experience has been and continues to be so poor I would never again recommend this dealership again even though my husband and I have purchased 4 cars here. After returning several times last year within a week of purchasing my car complaining of the car shaking when the car braked and initially being told there was nothing wrong and then told the brake pads and roters were worn and given an invoice saying they were replaced. The issue was never completely resolved but a year and 10,000 miles later when then the brakes were now metal on metal we were told that the front brake pads and routers needed to be replaced and that last year the rear brakes and pads were replaced. When we picked up the car today I was told when I saw the service history that the rear brake pads and routers were replaced but only the front routers because the pads did not need to be replaced. After speaking with the service manager the story was confirmed only the routers were replaced and that this was common for routers to need to be replaced in 10,000 miles. I located my receipt from last year indicating that the pads and routers needed to be replaced because they were worn below an acceptable level. When I reached out to the service manager he said he couldn't know what happened since so many cars are serviced here. Being lied to 3 times in the course of 2 days and spending $600.00 on work that I don't know was even done before or done properly is not only dishonest but dangerous. Not only was I lied to repeatedly I was never offered compensation for poor workmanship if it was done last year. I will be following up with national subarau, the attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. Please beware of this service department, especially if they are repairing something on a warranty.

    My sales person, Tony Chahwan, was most pleasant to work with. He was extremely knowledgable, curttious, not pushy, patient and helpful. He went the extra mile. The next day, he dropped my old car off at my house! He answered a sensitive question about selling my old car, the signing of the title over to the new owner.     I have been using Clay Subaru for the past 2.5 years and have been completely satisfied! Today we traded in our 2011 Legacy for a 2014 Legacy and are extremely happy with the hard work that Joey put in to help us trade our car in! He always goes above and beyond to help my family and I out. We have bought 3 cars through Joey and hope to be buying another car within the year!     First of all I'm a recent graduate with my Masters to pursue my dream to be a teacher and it hasn't happened due to the 4 big tests I haven't passed. So my loans are very high and my credit is very low. But with the help from my Miracle Worker Joey Allain. He was my financial advisor through the whole process and he was very quick and thorough. He meant his word and followed through and I can't express how elated I am with my new certified used Subaru 2012 Forester. I was able to get a low APR and 2 years of Maintenance and 7 years of Warranty!!! My Sales representative Danny who was so kind and helpful in the process as well. He was also willing to come out on his day off to help me into my new vehicle!!! I'm beyond satisfied with my wonderful experience I've been telling all my friends about it!
