I don't think there is anywhere I go on a regular basis that gives me this level of customer service. From Dave who helped me get my new lease, to Antonio who took care of me on my return visit, to Ronnie in service who is so great every time I come in, I couldn't be happier working with Boston VW.

i needed to get a new car at very short notice and with some complications my end but Antonio took the challenge and ran with it getting everything sorted out & the keys to my cute new beetle less than 48 hours later. fast, polite & very helpful-these guys care about getting you a good deal on the car you want-very different to toyota who gave me only problem after problem. so vw got my business & toyota didnt!

Wanted to replace our diesel Jetta wagon with a comparable gas vehicle, we bought a new Golf wagon, and our salesman suggested the Special Edition. Since the only manual was the basic version but we didn't mind going to automatic, and since this level had many extra features with little more cost we went for it.
