Val was responsive, honest, and really listened to what I was looking for. He NEVER tried to sell me extras or add ons. Financing office was also honest, direct, and did not attempt to sell me extra services or protections. Just as importantly, I received a good deal on the exact car I wanted—no bait and switch as other dealers tried to do.
