    Erik was very professional! We came in to trade a 3-years old Mazda 5 for a bigger car. We originally wanted to buy a mazda cx9. Erik listened to our family needs, and got us set up to test drive one. We were not thrilled with it though, and we ended up trying out a 2015 Honda Pilot, following Erik's advice. We really liked it! We worked with Erik and the financial team to get a great deal on a new lease. I would definitely go back when our lease is up!

    Utmost Professionalism mixed with graceful customer service is par for the course. Mr. Keith Banks decorum and calming presence leads the way as you head down the buying path of one of lifes big purchases. Mr. Matt w his white wing tipped shoes assists you in every step making sure the experience is smooth and not intimidating. Mr. Lascelles in his cool Jamaican way secures the transaction with a friendly smile. Buying a car need not be a headache and w these gentlemen the experience was actually enjoyable.

    My husband and I felt very comfortable with Victor, he was very patient, honest and accommodating. He wasn't pushy, which is great! He could relate to customers and real life situations. If anything I was the pushy one and I really expressed how getting my new used car earlier than later would be super helpful and appreciated and he came into work on his day off to make that happen, now that's going above and beyond for your client. I would highly recommend Victor to any of my friends and family.

    8-year customer who had been reasonably happy with leased Honda Fits over the years (actually, I absolutely love this car, especially the new one). Unfortunately, they will be losing me over their treatment of me after I turned in my last lease in April. The car was not inspected until 4 months after I turned it in, and magically I had a surprise charge. Rather than working with me, the GM would rather argue with me, claim no responsibility, and lose a long-time customer forever. Very disappointed.

    Doug, It's disappointing to read your feedback and certainly disappointing to learn we'll be losing you as a customer. There are several things I hope to clarify. The first being that when you return your lease, we here at Herb Chambers Honda in Boston don't assess any damage done to the vehicle. That is done by Honda Corporate and not something we here at the dealership have a hand in. When you returned your lease, back in April, we checked the car in and then Honda Corporate takes your vehicle back to auction. From there, the Honda Corporate team assesses your vehicle and sends you any subsequent bills for damage done. Honda Corporate's original bill was for $1,245.78, but they significantly reduced that and only charged you for the left rear wheel which had significant damage. They didn't charge you for the 4-5 inch scratch on the left rear door, they didn't charge you for the damage done to the front bumper cover and the detailed list goes on. I understand that receiving a bill is never something to look forward to, but to say we should claim any responsibly for your usage is concerning. We work with all of our customers to try and make leasing and the lease return experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, but we can't be responsible for all of the damage done while in your ownership.     I worked with Nick Salem buying a Acura and was pleased with the experience. Nick was fun personality made buying the car a much easier time than I expected. We got a nice discount off the original price and the negotiation wasn't too stressful. I would definitely Herb Chambers Lexus for my next purchase.

    I came to Herb Chambers looking to trade in my car that was giving me problems. I rely on my car for work, so I needed something that I could depend on and enjoy driving for cross-state treks. Fabian was very friendly, and he listened to what I had to say. Once I explained my situation to him, he was able to show me vehicles that would help maximize my expectations. Once I decided to buy, a few snags came up outside of the dealership's control, & Fabian kept me informed throughout the process and advocated for me to get into my new car as quickly as possible! He delivered, and I'd highly recommend shopping with him in the future!
