I have been buying cars from this dealership for 13 years...total of 6 cars. I have gone to other dealerships to compare prices. Sometimes I can get a similar price but the people at other dealerships don't comapre to the friendly service you get at Cambridge Honda. Justin helped me get the car I wanted and I am very satisfied. You cannot go wrong with this place and ask for Justin.

We bought a 2012 CR-V in January 2012 and had an excellent experience with the salesman, Justin Crosby. We had plenty of time to drive and examine the car, and were treated very well even though we did not finance through the dealership. Last summer I had trouble resetting the radio in our 2007 Fit (bought elsewhere). Ashlee looked up the information, came out to the parking lot and fixed the radio cheerfully and without charge. This week we took the Fit in to have the battery replaced, and the service staff looked up and addressed pending recalls. The cost of the new battery was made clear at the beginning, as was the fact that we would need to leave the car overnight (we took it in at 3 pm!). We paid for the $25.95 wash and vac, which was a major bargain. The car runs well, it shines inside and out, and the people were attentive and pleasant. We will certainly go back.

Bobby was a God send when I was looking for immediate...
Bobby was a God send when I was looking for immediate solutions to problems with my Toyota that I bought from another dealership. He provided me with diagnostic solutions so I could know how to move forward with my current car problems while also making himself available for possibilities at Cambridge Honda. The staff was great with multiple technicians inspecting my car so I would have the most helpful expert assessments. Bobby facilitated the entire process, converting me from mere consumer looking for expert advice to Cambridge Honda customer.

My wife and I recently leased a Honda Pilot from Cambridge Honda and the experience was great. We met Justin and immediately he dedicated his time to satisifying our needs as a customer. I felt Justin was forthcoming and honest when it came time to talk pricing. Justin made our experience at Cambridge Honda pleasurable. I contacted Justin weeks after out purchase regarding a question that had nothing to do with out new Honda. Justin was more than willing to help me even though there was no monetary gain on his part. If you are looking for a new Honda I strongly suggest seeing Justin at Cambridge Honda.

After 2 weeks of visiting different Honda Dealerships...
After 2 weeks of visiting different Honda Dealerships fifteen minutes with Bobby L. Boyd were enough to convince us that he is the man we want to do business with. He is very efficient and trustworthy plus he is extremely nice human being. There is a certain nobility of manner which makes him unique. I wish more people in our dealerships be like Bobby. Honda Cambridge is very fortunate to have him. I am driving my new Honda Fit and feel very grateful to Bobby for unusually plesant experience of choosing and bying my car. Thank you, Bobby! I just purchased a 2010 2 door Honda Accord from...
I just purchased a 2010 2 door Honda Accord from Cambridge Honda with the help of Bobby Boyd. Initially, I thought I'd end up with a Volvo or a VW, but after a test spin, trade-in value offered, high marks for Honda's cars, and great price with financing that was within my budget, I didn't continue to shop around and ended up switching brands to Honda. A lot of that decision making was based on my experience with Bobby. He spent over 4 hours with me answering all of my questions, providing a lot of information I didn't know about so I could make an informed decision having never purchased a car from a dealer before. I now have an amazing set of stylish wheels with low miles that's perfect for me and will last me for years. Bobby was patient, attentive, and a terrific resource that made me feel like I have an ally with Honda and at my local dealership. A great new relationship has begun. Overall, double thumbs up.

I was treated promptly when I arrived at the dealership and had a great "new car buying experience", thanks to Bobby Boyd. He went over all the features of my 2013 Honda Accord, and answered all of my questions, and assured me that he would be there for me if any problems arose. He was professional, and personable, and quite knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased. This made me feel very comfortable, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and colleagues.

I have to admit that I am a tough sell and generally suspicious and uneasy with car sales people. However, Justin Crosby is an extremely friendly and energetic guy and most important to me, genuine. He spent a lot of time helping to make sure I felt that my recently purchased 2012 Honda Accord was the right fit for me. I did not feel pressured at any point but felt that he was there to help me understand the vehicle in order to better make an informed decision. He even spent a good deal of time with me after I purchased the vehicle, helping me set up my bluetooth and XM stereo. I would absolutely recommend Cambridge Honda and working with Justin. You won't be disappointed.

We just purchased a Honda Odyssey and had a great experience working with Justin Crosby. He gave us a great price and a great trade in value and went out of his way to make everything easy. I worked with Justin Crosby for purchase of my new Honda Accord 2012. The overall experience was really great. I did not feel the pressure to make the decision on the spot as most other dealership does and he explained all the procedures involved and kept me updated with the car buying process. Overall I would strongly recommend Justin and Cambridge Honda to anyone who is looking for a new car.
