    I bought my car from Grava last year and got service from the Service Dept. The Service staff was Awesome. The were extremely friendly, nice, and seemed very knowledgeable about the service I was receiving. I came in for an Oil change and what I thought was my brakes making a squeaking sound. They did the oil change and told me they would perform a free 21 point inspection on my vehicle. They told me the the sound was coming from my alternator and not my brakes. They covered the alternator under my warranty. I was so happy to find an honest place that fixed the problem rather then charge me for brakes that were not needed.

    I had to make a appointment for 3 days later. I waited 3 hours in their waiting room and then the service person came over and said the car was ready. He changed the oil without asking me and I refused to pay and so he took off the charge, made up another bill and charged me a labor charge for $130. for repair which I assumed was for a diagnostic charge and a fuse that blew when I used the tire inflator 3 months before. I called Chrysler and complained and they refunded me the money as the dealer refused to take off this charge. The engine light appeared again 4 hours later and I called Chrysler again to bring this car to another dealer which I did and the problem was fixed. Other dealer charged me $432. for a diagnostic charge and 2 hours labor for a new $48.00 Thermostat, outrageous. 6 Days later my seat belt warning bell and directional turning bell stopped working. Never will go back and never buy a American car again.

    I have a 2015 dodge journey..the a/c stopped working and now only blows hot air.took it to get it serviced and the guy at the desk said the earliest was 15 days away..i have 2 kids one with asthma and the heat in the truck is unbearable..he said roll down the windows 😑. I asked for a loaner he started geting more rude and said he couldnt do anything untill 10 days later...worst service ever .

    I have been servicing my Plymouth Breeze at Grava since 1999 and my Chrysler Pacifica since 2008. Excellent service department! They do great work and are very friendly. Their waiting area has free wifi, snacks, coffee, a kid playing area, TV, and comfortable chairs. They also have a shuttle service to the Red Line and Orange Line. I tried another dealer when I moved to Quincy but returned to Grava; it was worth the drive to get my cars serviced by their reliable team. All the service staff are great, but Courtney is amazing! Friendly and efficient.

    My cherokee is one year old. Transmission went. They told me it was a switch for the wipers. Listen dirt bag I was born at night but not last night. Truck sat in parking lot down the street for a week. Now it's back again. Same issue. Broke down on the xpressway twice. Joe doesn't care and Mike in sales only wants the money. I have filed a complaint with corporate in MI. Been assigned a case number. My next step I'd to just trade it in and be done with them. Worst service ever.

    Bought two new Jeeps...within 5 days one had window rhat would not go up...at dealership 6 days. When could not get an answer of what is going on spoke with Ralph Grava and expressed disappointment...to my shock I was told off with a bunch of profanities and unacceptable language

We got a great deal and everyone worked hard to get it all taken care of before the end of the day. I love my new Jeep and am very happy I went to Grava. Thanks again Mike!

    I was emailed a quote on a lease . Left a dealer in Danvers Ma, drove down to accept the deal . The dealer states he ran the wrong terms and wrong model . But I had it in writing . Went back to Danvers . Driving a $50,000.00 Ram with more features for less than Grava quoted on a lesser model
