    I have purchased 2 vehicles and service both of them at this dealership. The staff is very friendly, especially David Rodriguez the GSM, Carl Pasquarosa the GM and Tony the Service Manager. They truly treat you like family. They buying experience was great, no pressure and a great selection. Service is wonderful, they are able to get me in and out in the same day.

    I wanted a second car and had such a great experience here first time. In and out in 4 hours with a new car. This time, we started out online and proceeded to text. I literally was able to buy a second car through cyberspace. Josh Fink is amazing and seemed to perfectly understand our needs and met them quickly and effectively. I see no need to ever again look for another dealership. Clean, professional, friendly, efficient. What more can I say?

    Last Thursday, I had the pleasure of meeting wityh Joshua Fink at Hoda Village in Newton, MA. We had spoken on the phone several times prior to our meeting. Having thoroughly researched Certified Pre Owned Hondas throughout the region, I knew exactly what I was looking for. I had narrowed my search down to two vehicles, both for sale at Honda Village. From our first telephone conversation right through finalizing the sale, Joshua was professional, respectful, and helpful. I truly appreciated his attentiveness and honesty. When I arrived for our meeting both vehicles were ready for my inspection. I tested both vehicles out and soon came to a decision: I purchased a 2014 pre owned Honda Accord. The whole decision making process was made easy by Mr. Fink's willingness to point out the positive and not so positive attributes of each vehicle I was interested in. What was also refreshing was his attitiude toward my interests in the best choice for my vehicle purchase and his lack of trying to upsell me into a more expensive vehicle or costly add-ons that I did not want nor need. Once I made a decision and consumated the deal, Joshua offered me a courtesy vehicle for my use as my newly purchaseed vehicle would not have been ready until the following day. When I came the next day to get my car, he took the time to ensure that everything was in order with my paperwork and with the car. Even after the sale was completed he took the time to familiarize me with all of the controls and gadgets in my new car. He ensured that I was comfortable both with the purchase and the vehicle before I left the dealership. I had been in the market for a car for four months. I visited four other Honda dealers before I visited Honda Village. The entire experience at Honda Village was fantastic. The other dealers, not so much. If you are in the market for a new car, I strongly recommend you visit Honda Village and meet with Joshua Fink.

    A deposit was placed on a Honda CRV. When I returned to see the vehicle, the sales person and the sales manager could not locate the vehicle. Another vehicle was selected which was on another lot. I returned twice to see the vehicle and each time an excuse was given as to why the vehicle was not there . The process to purchase the vehicle was very cumbersome and borderline deceitful.

    We were greeted by Carl Pasquarosa, which was a great honor. He introduced us to Josh Fink, Selection Specialist. Josh has a super pleasant manner and a wealth of information regarding all aspects of the vehicle. In our experience, more and more sales personnel of all types no longer are well-versed in their product. My husband always does his own research on vehicles and was surprised to find that Josh could answer the questions he put forward. Josh was quick to respond to our phone calls and emails if we had a question or needed some type of assistance even when it wasn't directly his area. Josh also made himself available to assist after the sale was made. As many of you know, once a sale has been made, the typical salesperson's helpful manner disappears. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH JOSH FINK. He made me feel as though I was still a priority after the sale. I know that I could call upon him for assistance at any time. The price was excellent, the service was excellent and our Lunar Silver Honda Pilot is super fantastic!!

    I came in there with an intention to lease but did not know what I exactly want. After just couple words with Georgi Stoev he showed me the new Honda CR-V! I stated that this is my car and he introduced me to most carrying sales employee - Peter Lu. After about 15 minutes with Peter he told me the actual terms of the lease, which I'm sure I would have been ok with. However, he helped me with the car insurance as well since I don't want to stay with my present insurance company . I feel very comfortable and safe with my new Honda! I just want to thank Honda village for their professionalism. Also, special thanks to the team for the dedication that they have to find the right car for the right person and to find the best financing option as well.
