Tanya is very, very good at what she does and exceptionally knowledgeable about the car buying process. My was very friendly and helpful, and gave us a great price and we had a deal done in less than 30 minutes. We had done our homework in advance and were very prepared buyers, and were treated as such.

Over the past fifteen years, I've had the pleasure of driving a Lexus! In fact, just last week, I took possession of my fifth brand new ES350 at Lexus of Watertown. Vincent Luizzi completed the necessary paperwork which allowed me to drive off same night (and they stayed late to accomplish that task). Lexus of Water Town is not an amazing place but it gives excellent services. It was great pleasure was to deal with Salwa Cheikh Moussa who was salesperson. She is very knowledgeable and understands the mechanics of the used car of Lexus ES 350. She is a extremely professional salesperson I had ever met. She showed her positive attitude, patience and giving me great satisfaction. She was focused on what was car I desired. Lexus of Water Town should be proud of her extremely sale skills and representation for Lexus dealer. Also, I had a chance to meet with Nick, service consultant and Alex, business Manager; they are excellent people. Would like to thank Lexus and Salwa for being a high class establishment and being a high class saleswoman. Probably the easiest most convenient time I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Buying of used Lexus: Salesperson was easy to deal with and not pushy. Gave me answers to all questions I asked. Facility was clean and neat. Received price I was willing to pay for car. Would deal with them again.

Truly amazing..... I am amazed by the true professionalism and honesty that Lexus of Watertown has instilled on there employees. We recently purchased a new Lexus RX from Lexus of Watertown. We test drove a number of different vehicles before settling on the RX and then talked with several dealers before finally purchasing at Lexus of Watertown. We had a great experience with Charles Mayer and would recommend asking for him at the dealer. Charles was open and direct during the whole purchasing experience and made us feel comfortable during the negotiating process. Lexus is known for its customer service, so we had relatively high expectations. Even still, having spent so much time in the car-buying process, we were not expecting the experience to be so positive. We credit Charles for really making the difference--we would go straight to him when buying a second car.

I will never go any where else but Lexus of Watertown for a car nor will I buy from anyone but Tommy Nguyen. He is the best! He has the patience of a teacher and the knowledge of an book when it comes to answering my concerns and anything that has to do with my new car.
