This place tells you whatever you want to hear just to get the sale!!! Once they get your money you will NEVER get them on the phone much less get a straight... answer from them!!! They tacked on fees for things that were supposed to be included in the sale!!! When questioned about it they played stupid!!

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for a while. My lease was up and I went in and dealt with Phelan. He was a good guy and very accommodating.... Within a couple of hours I had a new truck that my wife and I love. Highly recommend.

Bait and switch in full effect here, dionot waste your time, i found a car online at cars.com i called and committed to purchase at list price from cars.com... then they immediately tried to bump me twenty five hundred, the games are never ending here. I would steer clear of this place unless you like the very stereo typical cars saleapwrao tactics It is truly bad when you cant even buy a car at list price any more Greedy and kaniving

It... started with Phelon Dussault, he was very nice easy to talk to, and worked hard to make the process go smooth. There were some issues with the numbers, and inventory, but Phelon took care of those problem. If you are thinking about visiting prime, stop by Phelon's office he is the right guy that puts customers first!

Buying a car can certainly be a hassle, but my husband and I had a great experience @ Prime. Our salesman, Phelan, worked hard to get us the vehicle we... wanted at a price we were happy with. He responded to our questions via text and email promptly and was extremely personable, even agreeing to a Fortnite danceoff with my 9 year-old. Although we live over an hour away from the dealership, we will certainly look to Prime when purchasing our next vehicle.

Cars.com or Car Guru is not a good way to buy a car. You never know who you’re talking to. And you never talk to a salesperson at the beginning of the... process. Someone in sales always has to call you back. And by the time they call you back, the car you were calling about is already being offered to someone else. And the prices on line are typically not the actual price of the car. At least not with some of the big chain dealers. It’s just a way of hooking you in. This dealer Never called or acknowledged my requests, even after I was told someone in sales would call me back. You’re better off walking into the dealership and talking face to face, and getting to know someone.

We use online websites like Cars.com to make shopping convenient and easy for our cu...stomers, especially when the dealership is closed, but clearly this was not the case.
