We were in the market looking to buy a new truck, and we were actually deep into a transaction with another dealer, when by good fortune, my wife and I decided to pull into Jannell. We walked the lot, noticed a F-150 we liked, and entered the showroom. We met Rob Chambers Holland, and he was polite, respectful, and lastly knowledgeable, which helped us get comfortable with the Ford. Because of his prior mechanical experience, he gave us a level of comfort, and NOT from a Sales perspective. During the transaction, we achieved a fair deal, with better interest rates for purchase then from the other brand.

First time buying a car on my own- they were great! Jake S. Is the best. He was calm polite friendly and not trying to push just relaxed and very nice going over all the information. Everyone was very patient with all my questions And they gave me a lot back on most everything I had asked for. ! I’ve been looking for awhile and have even walked out of 2 other dealerships - if you are car shopping definitely make this a place to shop!
