    Came in looking for a Silverado. Sales rep was very helpful showing us a nice truck. Put a deposit down and came back on Monday to close. There was... a discrepancy on the down payment that would have affected the payment but the finance Manager Sean worked it out in our favor. I would buy here again.

    The ad price was the lowest, however when I asked what the total would be using the sale price if I wanted to come in and take delivery with just one certified... check, I was told that price wasn't available. Did make a purchase for a similar price at another dealership. The government should put crooks like this out of business.

    Hi Jack, You contacted us as incentives were changing over for the month. We fixed the pricing to reflect the correct January pricing. In addition,... we disclosed this all over the phone with you immediately- so as to not waste your time. There was no bait and switch, as we never had you come in and specifically told you that it was wrong. Being that the incorrect pricing had you emailing from halfway across the country, we tried to address this as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    I dropped my Cadillac off 9 days ago on a warranty recall. Everyday there is an excuse or reason why it’s not ready. This is becoming a game. I feel... as a woman I am being taken advantage of! I don’t care about the loner.... it’s nothing like my car. I m driving around with a dealer plate and stickers all over the car!! By far the worst service I have ever had from ANY dealership. TRACY SERVICE SUCKS.

    We're sorry that you feel that way that you do in regards to the warranty repair done to your car. We certainly do not want anyone feeling like they ...were taken advantage of, male or female. I understand your frustration at the entire situation. Sometimes with recalls, getting the parts in a timely fashion can be difficult - adding to delay. In addition, the amount of people involved can stress our loaner fleet. We provide loaners to all of our Cadillac customers, so once they are gone - we end up resorting to loaning out our pre-owned inventory. Because this can happen so quickly, we scramble to try to find you transportation. Since it's our pre-owned inventory, we need to use a dealer plate and in the haste of the situation - we left the stickers on it. We will be mindful of that in the future. We try our best to keep everyone happy in all aspects of our business, including providing loaner vehicles during recall campaigns.     My vehicle needed a warranty repair. Cadillac has an excellent warranty pkg where you are provided a courtesy vehicle. I was provided with the same (new)... vehicle as I now drive which was a nice surprise. The process with the Service Advisors...Tom, Michelle and Dave was excellent to say the least. All very professional, courteous and personal at the same time. When I made the appointment, I asked (based on the service message the car was giving me) how long it would take to repair. They were honest in that they would know better once they had it. It was important to them to communicate where the vehicle stood in terms of when it would be ready. I appreciated the communication throughout the process as opposed to waiting and wondering.
