Terrible. Not to be trusted.

Went to lease new car. Only one car in stock of what I was looking for. Car had lots of miles for new. Was told new used for dropping people off. Loan during service. Ok . Wanted me to take car immediately. Told new . Agreed to lease. Then realized scratched window. Scratched rear. Want me to fix. Trying to deal with now. No trust.

New Car Purchase and Service

Have bought two cars from Tracy and each transaction went smooth Has these vehicles serviced by Tracy along with other vehicles in our family and the work was great and prices were fair.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP

I purchased a Silverado 1500 at this dealership 3 or 4 weeks after owning vehicle the engine was blown and then had to go back 2 more times for the truck running lean and going into limp mode and waited for the fuel injectors to be replaced. I asked if the fuel injectors should be replaced well replacing the engine and now the truck is having transmission issues of shuttering and making weird sounds. but was told by the shop manager that its due to my tires not being balanced properly but. I had them checked and still have the same issues. I suggest shopping at any other dealership and you will get treated better. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE SHOPPING HERE

Poor Service and Communication, Good Selection

I went to Tracy to test drive a car found on Cars.com, and when that base model wasn't quite what I wanted the used car manager suggested a new acquisition. The car looked great (even before certification, cleaning, etc.), I was able to get a reasonable price with little negotiation, and the certified pre-owned warranty was better than other cars I was looking at. Despite finding a great car that was in great shape, my experience after the initial visit was inconvenient, frustrating, and unnecessarily stressful. I tried to get in touch with the salesperson I initially spoke with in order to negotiate further and test drive the car (since it was not yet road-ready when I first saw it). I communicated my interest clearly, but I couldn't get in touch with either the salseperson or his manager for over two days despite the dealership being open and at least one of them working whenever I called or emailed. When I finally got in touch with the salesperson to make a deal he was uninformed, unhelpful, and generally unprofessional. The cherry on top was driving in from out of town to learn that the car I had already purchased wouldn't be ready until next week. There was no effort to call me ahead of time to save me the better part of a day and a half-tank of gas. There wasn't even a confirmation call before the appointment (unless you count a text 5 minutes before as a confirmation call). Overall, Tracy has been only vaguely helpful and wholly inconvenient. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want to feel valued as a customer.

Tracy Motors was GREAT!!

I was having an issue with my 2012 chevrolet captiva I went to Tracy motors to see what they could offer me. I met Kori after that the rest is history I purchased a brand new equinox and I love it!

Bait and switch...

The ad price was the lowest, however when I asked what the total would be using the sale price if I wanted to come in and take delivery with just one certified check, I was told that price wasn't available. Did make a purchase for a similar price at another dealership. The government should put crooks like this out of business.

There was no bait and switch, as we never had you come in and specifically told you that it was wrong.
