    I would do it over again in a heartbeat and that is coming from someone who was absolutely terrified to embark on my first solo purchase! The reviews I read praised Herb Chambers of Seekonk so I took the plunge and requested a quote via email. The same day, Caitlin e-mailed me and provided me with a detailed quote that clearly identified all charges I could expect to pay – absolutely no hidden fees. Caitlin was patient and answered very specific questions I asked about financing with absolutely no pressure to go to the dealership to get answers. I decided to take the plunge and go to the dealership on my way home from work and I am so glad I did! Caitlin introduced me to sales and leasing consultant, John Mitchell, who made the process of buying a new car a fun experience. From the moment we sat down together John made the process feel like a natural conversation you’d have with a friend. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and his willingness to help without making me feel pressured. Never before have I sat in a car dealership laughing while working towards a car purchase! Emilio from finance was also awesome to work with; quick to realize that I was buying a CRV for durability, a small detail I appreciated him acknowledging. The process of reviewing my financing paperwork was painless and everything was clearly explained to me including how various options would impact my monthly payment. I couldn’t believe how easy everything was! Several times I caught myself thinking, “this has to be a mistake – someone has to come and turn this into a nightmare at some point” but that point NEVER came. I returned the next day to pick up my car and drop off my trade. Rachel and John were waiting when I arrived – John even challenged Rachel to show me something about the CRV I did not know as I he knew I had done a lot of research. She didn’t disappoint, carefully demonstrating to me how to set preferences that I didn’t even know existed! Meanwhile, John removed the plates from my trade and installed them on my new car so as soon as the walk-thru was complete, I drove off! The following day, John contacted me to say my registration was in and even offered to mail it to me but I opted to stop in on my way home. When I arrived, John was with another customer but Rachel remembered me immediately, she got my registration and went over to the service area to arrange for my state inspection. Before I knew it, my registration was in the glovebox, my inspection was complete and my first solo car buying experience ended with me driving away incredibly happy. I cannot say enough good things about the entire team who helped me, but especially John and his charismatic personality. If you are nervous about buying a car, go to Herb Chambers of Seekonk and ask for John Mitchell, he will make you laugh away any fears you have and the rest of the team will make you feel just as comfortable. You will not leave disappointed!

    As I started my search in finding the car best suited for my want and need, I had walked into Herb Chambers of Seekonk twice before meeting the right sales rep. Danny Reyes was very patient with me and made it very comfortable to ask all the questions I needed to make for my final decision in purchasing my car. He also made it very personable by providing me his cell phone to contact him anytime I wanted. Anytime I had an important question, he responded within approximately 5 minutes which I was quite amazed not considering his personal life outside of work. A few issues came up right before purchasing the car like air conditioner not working properly that he was able to resolve, few scratches not being visible at my first test drive and he gave it a touch up, and a strange noise coming from the back of the car that the service team was able to resolve. Danny Reyes was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for patience and excellence when searching for the car they want. I also worked with Tom in finance that was very knowledgeable. He was able to provide a lot of information to make the best possible financial decision for me and my family. I told him exactly what I wanted and looking for, and he did not pressure me into making a decision I didn't want to make. He actually provided me additional help. Great service at Herb Chambers of Seekonk! Highly recommend to anyone!

    I had three visits to this location the first one, after they rotated my tires, i left the place and the light indicator for the tires pressure started, i didn't know whats the problem, then i checked the tire and i found a nail in my tire, i called them back they said, they are booked and it's not their fault and i still can drive the car with a nail in the tire until next week so i can get an appointment, and its ended up i had to go to a different place to fix the tire. the next time i think like probably a mouth ago i went there for oil change and it superposed to coast 39.99 dollars and after i got there the guy from the customer service went on and on about you have this and you have that and my car is still new car Honda accord 2015 and its ended up coast me 199.18 dollars because he said they needed to change the filter.. a few days later i received a check back for 70 dollars because i think he over charged me... i just wanted to say he wasn't helpful at all, and the job that coast me 200 dollars could be done in different place for way cheaper than that and little more confident that i am getting the best service and not over charged. this is was my experience there and i thought because the car was bought from the same place i would get good service but apparently that was't the case. i don't think i will go back again. i just wanted you to know if you want to provide a better service that's not how it goes. thanks a lot.     First the good part, they have "smart pricing" so there's no back and forth on the price. The price was the best that I could find in the area on the same year/model vehicle at other dealerships. Test driving and initial contact with the sales person was fine. We then had to wait about two hours to sit with a finance manager who was, less than pleasant. I didn't want any warranty or any of the add on services, and I expected to get a competitive interest rate in house. He quoted me an interest rate that was 2 points higher than what I ended up getting elsewhere, despite my "stellar" credit, his words. So after using the hard sell techniques and the scare tactics (he told me that after I put a $5,000 deposit that if I didn't finance the deal right then that they didn't have to hold the vehicle for me!), I said that I'd return tomorrow with a check and pay for the vehicle (I got my own financing elsewhere). The next day, I was told to drop off a check and that I'd be able to take the car that day. Later, they tell me that I won't be able to take the car that day. Later, I drop off a certified check, at which time the salesman tells me I can now take the car home, but would have to return to give them time to clean the vehicle. Lots of miscommunication and confusion on their part. This caused me to call my insurance and take the new vehicle on and off the insurance a few times. I took the car home that night after having to return later, but still needed to return to get my inspection sticker done and a spare key and mats. Six days later, we went back to get the inspection done and had to wait another two hours, and they didn't have the courtesy to even put the floor mats in the vehicle. They seemed very apathetic to the situation. I'm not one to complain, but my expectation was that with such a big dealership, they'd have their act together more than they did and have a little more empathy for their customers who are spending a lot of money with them. Bottom line, I would only buy from this dealership if you can get a good price on what you're looking for, that's the only reason why I ended up completing the transaction with this dealership. I called another Honda dealership with a similar vehicle and the price was $1,700 more. I wouldn't expect good customer service.
