    I recently made my third purchase from Thomas Nissan. They have a great inventory selection and their pricing is the best that I have seen. Not only that, but they worked with me to get the deal approved, (thanks Ben). The sales process was less than an hour and they do a great job of taking care of their customers. They follow up and make sure that everything is ok with the car and they even offered to take care of my first oil change. I highly reccommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Nissan.

    I meet a new service rep (writer) Gabriele Angeles today who is tops. She is very professional but made you feel at home and very informative. Along with the rest of the Service writers. Including Armando, and Amanda they have a great staff. The new Service Manager Harry has a professional staff and manages the whole dept. very well. I have been coming there for since they opened and enjoy each and every visit. Please offer my highest accolades to the entire service department staff. With extra regards to Gabriela and Amanda. Todays experience was another great example of why I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. A personal thanks to Gabriela for another enjoyable visit. Also, a personal thanks to Amanda for taking the time to call me and answer my concerns. Please include the maintenance man Mikey in this salutation. He works very hard and is genuinley concerned about his duties.

    I would not recommend this place to anyone! Worst treatment I have ever received! Two associates assured me I could purchase a car from out of state for my daughter, get my permission to apply for financing, then call back after hitting my credit 9 times to say sorry general manager says no to out of state purchase. Gm would not even return a call to try to resolve the issue. Those hard pulls dropped my score over 60 points! Long term damage to my life from making a mistake of calling this place. Perfect example of why salesmen get a bad name!

    I bought my car from them. They told me at the last minute they would only have one key for me, even though they are a Nissan dealership selling me a Nissan. That's just plain cheap and bad customer service. So a little over a year later I purchased an OEM remote and key blank. I went in to inquire about a couple things for my car of which programming the key was one. I was told it would take 30 minutes or less and would cost $65. No appointment needed because it was a short process. I go in to have it programmed and they tell me it could be up to an hour. They were backed up. I was annoyed but I understood. I am in customer service too and I know how it is. So I waited over an hour and a half. During that time, another person who had an appointment for recall work woke up from napping and saw the time. He had been there over two and a half hours. He inquired. His car hadn't been touched. Was told only one tech could do the recall work. He had an appointment mind you. So he left very annoyed without his work being done. I left at two hours. My car hadn't been touched either. I have called and left messages for the Service Manager. No calls back. I emailed a complaint to their website. Nothing. They clearly do not care at all about their customers in any meaningful way. I will never do business with them again. AND,,,I found a local locksmith to program my key. Took less than five minutes and it was cheaper than the dealer. Works great. No reason I will ever go back to Thomas Nissan and I will not even consider Thomas Toyota (soon to be Toyota of Romeoville). Don't care about customers...no problem. Lots of dealers to choose from.

    The salesman and sales manager asked a reasonable price for the vehicle I was interested in, but the finance manager slipped in an additional warranty (which I would have paid for anyway, but he was senaky). Then when I brought the car in for service for a leaky rear tire, the technician couldn't find the leak, and filled the tire with air and wanted me to take the car back home and "hope" the tire didn't leak again (this was the same thing that happened when we took the vehicle for a test drive, so the dealer was probably quite aware that the leak existed). I had to insist that the technician take the tire off the wheel, and when he did he found (and patched) the leak. I had the technician do an oil change at the same visit, and the service manager wanted to charge me, even though the first oil change is supposed to be free. I eventually got the oil change for free, but I wasted several hours with the tire service and oil change, leaving a poor impression with me.

    I have in the past gone to about 9 or 12 dealers in the past when looking for a car, my niece recommend this dealership and I went in just to take a look wasn't really expected to buy was already in a car note but 6/1/17 came home with a new car and loving Tammy Thomas was wonderful helped me out with all my questions and gave me space think it over and call my husband several times and the finance team (Dimitri) is definitely a miracle worker the whole staff was great pleasant and friendly everyone said hello. I usually have buyers remorse not this time just enjoying my car Thanks!

    Eddie Mohammad worked with us to ensure our satisfaction issues were addressed. He recommended a car that we thought was outside of our budget and worked to meet our price limitations. We were able to bring the car to our local mechanic for a thorough inspection and were pleased with the results. Lexi Thomas closed the deal and kept us up to date on the steps of the process. I highly recommend this dealership and will go there first for future business.

    Public beware. This is not a very well ran dealership. Highly disorganized. They play the bait-and-switch. They will advertise a good deal on a car on autotrader and their website, you will call them to see if it is available and they will say yes, come on in. Then they will call you to see if you are coming in to check out the car around the time you told them you are coming. Then once you arrive at the dealership the car is not there and frankly does not exist. They will give you some bs story on how the car was auctioned a few days ago, but we have a lot of other great cars and offer financing. Lets make a deal! We will give you better on your trade-in than anyone else. Do not waste your time with these jokers. I am sure is this Thomas Auto Group location is run just like all the others. Public beware.
