I was very satisfied with my recent experience at Balise

I was very satisfied with my recent experience at Balise Honda. Sam Perez , my sales associate, was attentive, personable and very patient while I made my final choice. As an older customer. I was very appreciative of the fact that I wasn't rushed or pressured, but gently guided into making a decision. I felt comfortable that I paid a reasonable price for my Accord, which, of course, was an added plus. Thank you, Sam, Mohammed, and the staff at Balise for all your assistance.

My salesman, Sam Perez is top notch.

My salesman, Sam Perez is top notch. Spends plenty of time answering any questions you have. Kylie was also extremely helpful in going over all figures, to come up with a payment I was happy with.

Rolando was - by far - the best car salesman I’ve ever

Rolando was - by far - the best car salesman I’ve ever interacted with. He was so laid back and not at all pushy. I had been considering a new car for a couple of years, but was always turned off by pushy salesmen elsewhere. At Balise, I never felt pressured or intimidated and everyone there made the process easy. So happy I stopped in and met Ronaldo!

Rolando was - by far - the best car salesman I’ve ever

Rolando was - by far - the best car salesman I’ve ever interacted with. He was so laid back and not at all pushy. I walked in, told the salesman what I was specifically

I walked in, told the salesman what I was specifically looking for, he found what I wanted (color, trim level), offered me a good deal on the car and on my trade in and sent me off with a minimum of fuss or drama. It’s everything I want when I am buying a new car.

My wife and I purchased a 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid at the end of 2024 , and found our experience with Emily Gregory to be excellent. Emily was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She explained our options in detail and was very patient in answering all of our questions. That was throughout the sales process and when we picked up the car. When returning to pick up the plates and registration, Emily made sure we were comfortable with many of the features on the car . We would highly recommend Emily Gregory when you are ready to purchase a vehicle. The reason we asked for Emily was because of her positive reviews. Judy and Paul C.

Bought a Pilot here but the salesperson is no longer

Bought a Pilot here but the salesperson is no longer there. He did a great job and Kevin helped finish the deal. I thought the price was fair considering how tight inventory was and we were time sensitive on needing to get things done. Kylie did a great job going through packages and options without being aggressive. I added a service plan since I already service here. The service dept shines here and I highly recommend Emmanuel as service advisor. He breaks things down and is honest with what you need to do now and what can wait. I like this dealership a lot and met with Darryl about buying another Pilot but my wife isn’t ready to let go yet. I expect we will buy another car here in the future, especially if the Pilot finally gets the 12.9 screen upgrade.
