    I emailed the dealer and Emily emailed me back with in hours, I went down the next day and purchased my F-150. John the salesman was very friendly, above and beyond. I have searched for months for a truck... The price was right and the service sealed the deal.

    We were glad to drive up from our home in downtown Boston to order a Rav4 Hybrid AWD from the factory, with the knowledgeable and personable assistance of Matt Blake and Heather Marcheterre of Toyota of Nashua. They were careful to determine our needs and matching features of the car, taking the role more of prospective buyers themselves and making sure we knew the available options. that made sense with our planned use and regular transportation of grandchildren. After a successful test ride, we were able to order the precise vehicle our conversation had identified as the right one. After a three-week wait, just what was promised, our new car arrived. Scrubbed and polished, it fit us like a glove! And the cost was a much better bargain than the terms we were quoted anywhere else within 50 miles of Boston.

    I got an oil change at this place only because I had purchased my vehicle from this dealership which was a huge mistake in itself. Anyway after I left saturday afternoon I decided to check my oil when I got home, so I pop my hood and find my oil dipstick sticking out about a foot from it's seat position. I'm not sure how you could screw that up, so I check my oil level and find my oil is overfilled by just over a quart. For some reason my my brake master cap was unstowed but the level was still at least 1 inch below the FULL line. I have been changing oil in my vehicles my whole life, the only reason I brought my truck here is because I got suckered into an overpriced warranty and do not want any discrepancies. Oh yeah, out of the 4 times I showed up for my service appointments that I made over the phone, they had no documentation that I made an appointment. Toyota of Nashua sucks.

    Made an agreement on a truck. Then was called 2 days after saying that they didn't want the deal because dine work needed to be done to the truck fur my deal to take place. Wad tools they had sorbet truck. Went to the dealership to look at the other truck. Was told that sold. As i was leaving saw the truck i had a p&s. They sold it to someone from MA.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. My experience- Great salesperson but very arrogant and rude manager. I don't normally write a review but I thought this would help people to know what you can expect when you go to this place. I was looking to lease a SUV and after doing some research I decided to go for TOYOTA RAV4. I left the inquiry on their website and the internet sales lady (Christina) called me. I explained her what I was looking for and asked for the monthly lease payment numbers. She was very humble and told me she would check and call me back with the numbers. I received the call in few minutes the numbers she gave me was attractive and within my range so I decided to pay visit to the dealership. Everything was good so far. When We reached to dealership, salesperson ( Kevin) welcomed us and directed us to the his desk. We discussed about my call to Christina and he pulled the history and lease pricing I was offered. Then he brought the car out and we went for the test ride I liked the riding and my wife and son liked the vehicle as well. We decided to move forward. We negotiated about my trade in and we agreed upon the price. Everything was still good. We shook the hands and finalize the deal. I filled the credit application and Kevin went to manager to get the paperwork ready. He came back with the paperwork to sign and I realized that manager changed the deal. He increased the monthly payment by $35 and also increased the lease duration from 2 years to 3 years. This was unacceptable to me. Then he tried to sell me the deal with couple of free oil changes but I was not ready to sign. During all this time he was very rude and was acting like he is doing some favor to me by selling me the vehicle. I was really surprised. Then He told me that internet department made a mistake in providing the lease offer so He will check with internet department and will call me back. I am still waiting for the call. All this happened yesterday 25th march 2017. I am writing this review on 26th march 2017. I have wasted whole day Saturday. This is just unacceptable. And they claim to be number 1 Toyota dealer in New Hampshire, I seriously doubt that. I would have given zero star if I had the option. I still think someone would make this right and do not loose me and my friends as a customers for life.

    I purchased a certified pre-owned Avalon from there yesterday and it was such an easy experience. As a women going alone to purchase a vehicle I prepared myself for a fight. Jim Burrows was my sales representative and I let him know exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it all to go down and he didn't tried to bs me on anything. He was straight forward and to the point. He was very fair on my trade and took the time to go over the Avalon with me and even paired my phone before I left. I was in and out in 4 hours with my new car. I would highly recommend Toyota Of Nashua and Jim Burrows to all my clients, friends and family.

    Rajeev Arora(Ricky) is an outstanding sales professional, has excellent Toyota and car industry knowledge. He is a pleasure to work with, is honest and a man of his word. I have bought many cars but have never had such a great experience, until I worked with Ricky. Toyota of Nashua is lucky to have such a great employee.

    We came to buy a used car from Toyota of Nashua and after making a deal with the salesman, the process came to a complete halt waiting to do the paperwork. Two hours is an unacceptable time to wait to get through the financing. It was not even busy. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here.

    Last week I had purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I was hesitant to purchase from Toyota of Nashua due to the negative reviews I had saw online when researching area dealerships. However, I decided to give them a try. I had worked with sales associate Matt Almeida who was amazing. Matt had listened to my concerns, was very professional, polite, and attentive to what I was looking for in a car. Matt had gone above and beyond in locating the car I was looking for and working with me. I also appreciate that Matt took the time to check in and see how everything with the car was. I felt the whole car buying process was very clear and straight forward, with no games and the final price was what I had negotiated. I also worked with finance director Jason Stefanski who was also very pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions. I love my car and am very satisfied with my purchase. I will be returning in the future to purchase another car from Toyota of Nashua and recommend others to go here.
