Went in to get my car serviced and left with a brand new Pilot that I love! No hassle, great team work and I was in and out in 2 hours! Kerry in service was top notch ! I recommend these guys highly especially Stephen Doyon in sales! Go see him!

Outstanding deal, great experience
We traded up to a new Odyssey, and got a great offer on our 2019 Pilot, which made it very worthwhile. This is our 3rd time dealing with Ty, who is the very best. A solid dealership all around that treats you fairly, courteously, and professionally.

Liam was polite and took care of me well. Was just there for the oil change and he mentioned he could take care of the state inspection for me too (birthday not for few months so had not even thought of it yet) took care of everything and service took almost exactly how long he had advised.

Oil change, tire rotation
Routine service so not much to say, However Liam was great, courteous and professional. The car was delivered on time at the expected price. I did wait some time at pickup for a customer in front of me, but I was glad to see Liam treat them right, which took a little extra time.

Easy breezy beautiful experience
I went in Monday to just see what the value of my trade would be and was only planning to purchase a vehicle if I was able to get another hatchback. They did not disappoint. I worked with a wonderful salesman Jeff who was so pleasant and listened to everything I said and got me into a car I wanted. And my time spent with the finance gentleman Wendy was even better. He worked some unbelievable magic to get me financed at a low interest rate and got me a wonderful deal without having to put any money down. Would highly recommend and go back for future buying needs.

Sold me a car without title ownership
They sold me a used car without having a clean and clear title from the previous owner. The car was returned and sold too fast for the loan companies to send the title to the state. From what I've been told by the state, autofair knew there would be issues with the title from codes on the temporary registration. It took nine weeks for the title to catch up,I had to make my payments for a car I didn't actually have possession of. Autofair gave me a not so much option of using a loaner car or they would make my first payment,,I don't have multiple vehicles so I had to take the loaner car and had that for six weeks. Purchasing the car itself was easy and went well, its everything that went wrong after.

Too much on plate
Too much expected from sales team leads to many mistakes and things forgotten. Lobby too packed on weekends. Always trying to close when already sold.
